TownePlace Suites Indianapolis Airport

The stay was good. The hotel has an unfortunate occurrence with a small fire days before our stay so there were load fans and smells of cleaners. The first room we got smelled, but we talked with the manager and he offered to move our room and also give us a discount. The new room was great! Clean, and had no issue for the duration.

Was clean, spacious, and staff was very friendly. Loved having the bigger refrigerator and the table n chairs. Only things i would change would be a vent in the bathroom and the pool needs to be heated...too cold for comfort. Breakfast was simple but good, and the fitness room was nice. Overall a great place to stay with a quiet atmosphere.

Everything was great until 7am when the fire alarm was triggered by someone at the breakfast area. Kids had fun at the pool and watching cartoons. We got some great sleep. Staff was so awesome. The individual fielding calls from rooms about the alarm was answering multiple phones and was so calming and pleasant.

At check in, front desk employee charged me an additional tax charge since I had booked through *******, saying ******* doesn’t charge tax. When I questioned it, another employee corrected her. She was visibly angry unhappy about it and did not offer an apology or explanation.

Very clean, good breakfast. Quick driving access to downtown.

Clean, quiet, good breakfast, good parking, easy access right off the highway, felt safe in the area, good value for the money.

Arrived to hotel and was checked in without a welcome to the hotel. Walked to room and found door to room propped open by the deadbolt lock. Couldn’t find any glasses and discovered a full dishwasher that had not been emptied. Went to take a shower and found numerous black hairs all over the shower floor and walls. Disgusting.

This is a very nice hotel. It’s located conveniently to the airport. The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. Supermarkets and restaurants are 15 minutes if so away. I would stay here again.

Perfect sized suite hotel that included continental breakfast which was a nice addition.
