白樓套房飯店(White House Suites)

ビジネス目的で宿泊。インディアナポリス空港から近く、国道沿いであるのでアクセスは良好。国道沿いにスーパー、マック等飲食施設がある。値段も付近のホテルより低コストで設備/アメニティは値段相応。

Least comfortable stay I've ever had. Generally clean with acceptable service, but the room and overall environment was awful. Everything was the absolute cheapest option imaginable - no carpet anywhere, thin walls, no curtains, furniture glued to the wall, thin and rough mattress and linens, terrible soap, etc.

Budget amenities at mid-price expense. No kleenex, no clock, no ice bucket or ice machine, no usb ports. No lamps, just 3 glaring led ceiling bulbs. Only two towels. No blanket, just a thin comforter. 2 small pillows. Don't know how their reviews are 9 . Kitchenette but no plates, or dishes.

Es ist halt wirklich nur ein Hotel für eine Nacht. Der Check- In hat ziemlich lange gedauert, was mich immer wieder wundert wenn man das Zimmer schon reserviert hat. Ich denke die Amis können die internationalen Pässe nicht lesen. Das Klientel das wir gesehen haben passt zu diesem Hotel. Die ＞Zimmer sind nichts besonderes und im Flur hat es wirklich nicht gut gerochen. Die Zimmer sind schon groß aber nichts besonderes.

They did have the amenities they described on their website. However, the people running this place were rude and they kept changing prices on how much our stay would cost. We paid one price on the day we arrived. We come out of the room to leave for the day and they tell us that we were not charged the correct price and they increased how much we owed. They couldn't even figure out how to make the proper change back to us. Also, they did not come in and make the bed and we got no clean towels for the next day.

My partner and I always check out hotels for pests of any sort before we bring our bags in. We remove the bedding layer by layer, which each layer got yellower and more stained, all the way down to the mattress protecters filled with holes. We saw the final layers had tape over the zipper, so we lifted it and unzipped all the way around.. only to find a used hypodermic needle hidden, with the needle sticking out of the protector. The front desk guy was very friendly and gave us a different room.. but neither of us could sleep and the room was also very unclean. I feel we should have received a refund..

This place is ridiculously terrible. Lights didn’t work, there were no blackout curtains just blinds on an east facing window, ac and fridge don’t get maintained properly so they were very loud and the mattresses were hard as rocks.

No coffee machine in room. Towels look not very clean.

We enjoyed our one night stopover here. Friendly staff. Room was comfortable, not glitzy or glamorous, but comfortable and had what we needed. Room had a small full size fridge, cooktop, and microwave. This hotel is geared for extended stays rather than quick stopovers, but it works for either type of stay. There was a laundry spot for guests to use. Lots of places to eat within a very short distance if you don't want to cook in the room. We were pleased with our stay here.
