So just to be clear this is an older hotel that’s been upgraded. It was probably a Holiday Inn basic and now they made it into Holiday Inn express. The room we got was not too bad other than the floor was pretty dirty. Part of the problem is the hotel did not notify us that there was a soccer tournament team battalion staying at the hotel. They put us on the bottom floor next to the breakfast bar and as soon as we got there, there were mid teams running everywhere, including the second floor and making a lot of noise. The following morning it sounded like an entire school was in the lobby from all the kids running around and all the noise that was being made and we were trying to get a little extra shadow and that wasn’t going to happen. We didn’t try the pool in the spa but I did look at it and it was actually in decent condition and they had a nice outdoor seating area. The hotel has placed a lot of its broken furniture in trash at the rear of the hotel, which looked really tacky. Not sure who the hotel manager is but if you do a little extra care and cleaning the rooms a lot better, including the carpets and not allowing trash to build up at the back of the property which also includes broken furniture.

It was, once again, a pleasant experience. The delicious Continental breakfast is always a highlight, offering a variety of options to start the day. Additionally, the ease of access to the freeway was convenient for our travel plans. However, during this stay, we did encounter a minor inconvenience as the elevator was not working. Despite this setback, our overall experience was positive. We've been loyal guests at this hotel on numerous occasions, and the consistent good service keeps us coming back.

Our stay was for 2 nights. The staff was very nice and helpful. It was also very quiet for being so close to busy roads. The beds were very clean and comfortably firm. Our room looked very “tired” and well used. Our blackout curtains were extremely worn and had many holes in them (they actually let in quite a bit of light), paint was coming off the bottoms of the doors in the bathroom, furniture was nicked. We didn’t mind using the stairs but the elevator wasn’t working and might be needed for others. Overall, it was very clean and the staff was nice but it could stand some updating and repairs.

Check-in slow; broken elevator so 3rd floor room was a bit of a challenge; no water available in breakfast area. Room clean but outside road noise was evident. Included breakfast and breakfast area was good (except no water in area).

My daughter and her husband flew in and we had a bbq w/family and friends,I didn’twant to drive 4hours back home so I decided to stay @ the Holiday inn.The staff was very nice,my room was clean and comfortable.thank you

Our stay was good, however; the fan woke us up all night. We have to have it on as stuffy without. All the rest was perfect and I loved the Dove Shampoo/Condition.

Elevators of the hotel not working. If you booking make sure you call before booking. We stayed for 3 days and they were still not working. Climbing 2 flight of stairs with bags is not fun.

Nothing worked here, elevator didn’t work, Tv in the room didn’t work, music was blasting I. The pool area they couldn’t turn it down. Room needed some TLC

L'hôtel est bien, le personnel sympa et l'emplacement pratique, la piscine est bien aussi, mais l'ascenseur était en panne et je pense que ce n'est pas la première fois. (Seulement 2 étages heureusement)
