摩根敦希爾頓花園飯店(Hilton Garden Inn Morgantown)

The hotel is older and outdated except for the lobby. We were put in the room where "pretend" cleaning was done. There was hair in the shower and bedsheets were visibly dirty. Although they offered us another room they could not provide us with a double bed room so we all had t squeeze in the king bed with a pretty uncomfortable old mattress. Overall shocked since it was a Hilton and the room price was pretty high.

Get there and the guy ask for my card says hes not going to charge on it since i already paid for.my room then charges us 60 dollars out of no wear. Then they said the money will go back on my card that its the companys policy they flat out lied to us. Then the microwave was old and had trouble using it. The handel on the draws were broken. Smell coming out the bathroom as soon as u opened the door. The only good thing was the pool and hottub. The bed was hard as a rock, the pillows were flat i stacked 3 on top of each other and still flat. Over all this hotel wasnt worth the money to stay there. This isnt the first time we stayed there either.

1. Hotel room had bad smelling 2. Hotel front Desk receptionist was not present when I checked inn. Waited for 15 mins . 3. There was no Luggage Cart available, when requested the hotel receptionist he went somewhere and came back saying can’t find one. 4. Paid Breakfast is waste of money. Really poor service and will not visit Hilton group going forward.

Outdated, stained carpet, a lot of hair on bathroom floor.

We have tried several hotels in Morgantown area. This one is ok. We had a double bed room. The one bed was horrible and needed replaced, the other one was ok. Bathrooms fixtures were rusted and shower head was much to be desired and I felt like if I tried to adjust it may fall apart… definitely could use some upgrades. The lobby was clean and beautiful, front desk staff accommodating which was a plus. The Bar seems nice but bartender was literally standing behind bar and when we went to sit down said “we don’t open for another 5 minutes”….ok we would have waited but seemed very annoyed and didn’t even say like have a seat I’ll be right with you… that’s ok went across street to Buffalo Wild Wings. Very turned off by that and honestly everyone we have ever encountered in WV businesses have been more than polite and accommodating. So chalking that up to him having a poo day…. All I all this will not be my first choice of hotels in area. But I do like many of the restaurants in the plaza it’s in.

Friendly staff, clean and quick check-in. Very nice ,.shopping, and good places to eat.

Booked this location for a WVU football game. Very close to stadium, clean facilities and many dining options walking distance from the hotel

Beautiful clean property. Located in a great plaza that has tons of shopping and dining options all within walking distance.

I wish they would at least offer a minimal free continental breakfast, instead of just an over priced made to order menu.
