Front staff workers were helpful and kind. Made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Gave U.S. recommendations for dinner as well.

The Excellent: the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in a hotel. Amazing! It was a California King which I liked. Plenty of pillows. The Good: Shower was beautiful, plentiful hot water, just Ok pressure. The shower head was very high on the wall. Good for tall people. The awful: Breakfast. Even though it was included in my room rate, it was incredibly disappointing. Dirty silverware, long delay in getting seated and getting coffee, (then no spoon to stir coffee!), meal was not prepared fresh, but certainly came from warming pans in kitchen. (Extra charge for fried eggs!) Only white bread for toast option and when offered a bagel, it came cold and without butter or jelly. Scrambled eggs were lukewarm, sausage was clearly precooked and light gray, hash browns were deep fried then left to sit. The bacon was the only redeeming part of the meal. Would be livid if I paid the menu price of $15! The unacceptable: only Coffee Mate for coffee in lobby. To this coffee drinker, that is a travesty. Powdered creamer in the room. Awful. All in all, I would stay here, for that heavenly bed! Pro tip: Do not pay extra to include breakfast. There are plenty of great places to eat in Morgantown. There are also great local and national chain places for great coffee.

Every thing was very good except the service at Smoking J’s. It was very slow and the bartender seemed to be more worried about the boys sitting there than us.

Room was great, lobby just fine, bar restaurant has some issues. They were out of some basic things (no cheddar cheese, menu shows and described link sausage and they served patty’s, cranberry function did not work on the beverage dispenser).

Bathroom did not have exhaust and it was horrible. Everything was soaked from moisture after showering.

Nice hotel. I go to Morgantown on a regular basis. First time at this one. I would book again.

This is probably the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at. The staff at the desk were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

Very nice updated room, clean and comfortable! I’m not easily impressed and I have to say this is where I’ll stay anytime I’m visiting my WVU daughter
