鳳凰城坦佩希爾頓逸林飯店(DoubleTree by Hilton Phoenix Tempe)

The property is much larger then the last I stayed at in Tempe. The parking was good and convenient as I could park and had easy access to get directly to my room. Rooms are a little dated but the overall facility was nice. I had to ask though for replenishment of room items such as shower soap and coffee. I understand that facilities are trying to save money but please tell patrons up front that their rooms won't be made up daily that was a shock and disappointment to find out after the fact.

We’ve stayed here before and it was fine but this time we had a terrible experience. We had a cockroach in our room, the tub wouldn’t drain the shower water, and each morning loud, annoying construction was going on right outside our room door. One would think they wouldn’t put someone in a room amongst their own property construction. To top it off it was the worst chocolate chip cookies we’ve ever received. Normally Double Tree hotels are decent.

Even though there were renovations being done, Amenities such as the pool were still available. It was quiet and clean. Staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

First we didn’t get any help with luggage. We had 7 luggage bags and 2 carry ons. We took them to the room by our selves. Second, the view that we booked for even though the receptionist said “you got a pool view room” when we went to our room it was a parking lot view. we asked to change they said they didn’t have any and if any was available they would let us know. I kept calling even the next day they still didn’t have any even though we saw new ppl checking in those rooms!! Third, we asked for more coffee and sugar in the room, an hour passed no one passed by so I call they said yes it’ll take a while.. 3 hours later still nothing. By this time we were already out for dinner, when we came back we found the coffee and sugar INSIDE our room even though we had the DO NOT DISTURB sign out the door!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!! also very dirty room and bathroom. Too dusty and rusty. Moldy bathroom!

I was only there for an evening, before an early flight the next day. Can't speak for the food or housekeeping, but the pool area was nice, it was an easy drive to the airport and parking was easy. Definitely can hear all the nearby doors opening and closing at night, but otherwise a fine stay for what I needed.

We had a quick overnight here before an early flight. It was a nice little oasis in the middle of PHX. The pillows and mattress could have been more comfortable but still a good stay.

The room was clean and the location was accessible to the fitness center. The fitness center was neat and tidy and was comfortable for a workout since the equipment was in good working condition and there was a television with cable television.

We were very pleased at how kind the staff was, and with how spacious the room was! My husband and I would definitely stay here again in the future.
