員工非常友善熱情，房間是木板不是地毯而且很乾淨，暖氣穩定不會忽冷忽熱。床也很乾淨，看得出來很用心在整理。唯一缺點就是我住了三天有一天早上沒熱水，還有淋浴的水量很小。在這氣溫零下的時候無法好好洗個熱水澡是很可惜的。

Everything was fine until there was not hot water. I woke up before 8am having to check out at 11:00am with no hot water. I called front desk they were not able to give me a time. I left without taking a shower to get some breakfast and came back after 10:00 with no answer about the hot water. I had to leave without a shower, having to catch a flight dirty.

Love this location and the staff is always nice. My only recommendation is to please get rid of the air freshener in the lobby. The intermittent smell was not pleasant. It seemed to get strong on a regular interval and kept our group from being able to enjoy the lobby area.

Very nice hotel in a very convenient location. Right off highway 70 so easy access to other locations. About 4 miles south of downtown Golden CO and CO School of Mines. Red Rock Amphitheater is only about 2 miles away. Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Fitness center was primarily cardio equipment but had dumbbells and kettlebells. Room was rather quiet. Noise from the highway was also not an issue.

This hotel was the perfect location for attending a Broncos game and also spending time in the mountains. It was so easy to get to. The restaurant was also great, which is rare for hotel restaurants!

While the property itself was quite nice, the bed and pillows were awful. The bed and pillows felt like the quality of a highway motel. The bed had clearly been slept on a lot before we did. Both my husband and I had a very mediocre night's sleep.

Elevators and fitness center a little dirty. Dust all over the elliptical trainer in the fitness center as well as the window exteriors being very dirty. Bar was nice, room was clean and comfy. Nice blackout shades. And there was a great shower. Only big concern was one had to walk all away around the property if there was no available parking in front and sides. There were no entry door for guests in the back.
