克勞福德飯店(The Crawford Hotel)

Stayed at Crawford Hotel. Disappointed by the lack of food choices in the hotel and not one small market/store. Parking situation was terrible. Had rental car and could not get into valet. Ended up returning the rental car to another hotel early. Felt safe and clean in the lobby and hotel. It was ok, but for the price I expected more. If I go back to Denver I will stay elsewhere.

Stayed on top floor in king suite, waa bougie, but radical. Probably the prettiest hotel ive ever stayed in. They had a bottle of wine and a Polaroid camera waiting for us which just was awesome. Honestly probably wont go back, it was nice to do fancy things, but reality is im trashy. This was amazing tho.

The ride share service was incredibly convenient and the first time we have stayed at a hotel that has offered it. I have bragged about it a few times already with friends since the stay. The area and location was perfect for a stay in lower downtown. The only time I was a little discontent was that the bars, both upstairs and downstairs were closed for private events on consecutive nights. There should always be a place for hotel guests to grab a drink after a long day without having to leave. Overall I give it a 9 out of 10.

We were completely blown away by our stay at The Crawford & can’t wait to come back for a longer stay. Check-in was a breeze & staff was so kind & helpful. The amenities provided made us feel like true VIPs. The room was impeccably appointed & the bed was so comfortable. The rain shower was an added bonus. The small touches like cold bottles of water & cocktail bar w/pre made in room drinks was so nice. We’ll be back! Bonus for being so close to a bar w/shuttle service to RedRocks.

The room was very poorly laid out with only one side of the bed accessible, The room lacked sufficient lighting, and only had a partial window in the back corner of the room. Fixtures broken - the lamps above the bed supports were failing and the lights could only work when rested on the upper ledge, a light in the corner of the room could only be turned on or off by unplugging the fixture. And the body wash was out of stock in the shower. The room also was missing select amenities as stated on ******* website in the room description. I requested twice for housekeeping service. Upon finally late in the afternoon of receiving house keeping service they did not empty the trash or thoroughly clean the room or stock the requested amenities. Overall the historic quality of the hotel was nice, though the area can attract a lot of homeless folks since its an active train station. I will never stay here again, especially for a nightly rate of 450 dollars, it was not worth it.

Terrible valet service — overpriced and kind of impossible to do without, cold reception, bellboy was generously tipped but expected us (literally) to return the trolly downstairs (which is inconceivable). Cold reception at front desk upon checking out. Helpful concierge, but that attitude is insufficient when they could not even use our claim ticket to return the car to us. Lastly, horrific mattress which left us both with stiff, sore backs.

The room was so cozy, and despite overlooking the train tracks of Union Station, was quiet and calming. The rainfall shower was stunning and just what was needed after a day of play around the city.

Love staying at the Crawford. There is so much to do in the area and super easy to get around on the train. Staff is great, the rooms are always clean.

The property is beautiful snd very unique! We had a room near the train station and heard the trains bell all night long. There are many homeless in the area.
