Its a terrible experience. Terrible room at 4000/- per day. Imagine family need to live in congested room with bad surroundings. Imagine this room for 4000/- that's why they ask for 60% advance. We reached there and immediatly change the hotel but they didn't return the 4000/-.

Its a nice hotel close to the lake, the staff are very friendly and helpfull. I had some problem with my motorbike and they helped me to get it fixed. The room was nice and the hot shower was just perfect, had a great night sleep. Would visit again

Never Ever visit this Hotel. All Reviews are Paid and hv been written by their own people The owner acts like DADA . He do Dadagiri for money. They say check out is at 9 AM and evn a minute more is chargeable. He charge 4000 for Half Day, and his half day is till 1 PM. When you ask for explanation he raises his voice and Do dadagiri. After 1 pm he charge Full Day money. I am raising this issue with Mount Abu govt. His hotel needs to be shut down as their is Dadagiri done by owner. Stay, Food everything is Terrible Water is only for 2 hrs 7-9 AM Visit & Stay at your own risk

we stayed there with group of friends, this hotel is one of the best hotel we have ever seen, room were neat and tidy having all basic facilities. Good place to stay.at NAKKI LAKE hotel crystal inn nakki

one of the best hotel with good service and excellent hygiene. near to market and Nikki lack..Nikki lack is walkin distance and by stair u can directly access the Nikki lack..good food Quality and owner and staff behavior is very nice..I will strongly recommend this property..blindly u can book this property without any second option.
