麻坡飯店

This was my second stay at this hotel. Very spacious room, plain and simple but comfortable to sleep. Kettle is provided and unlike others, it's made of glass and it turns blue once switched on. Located right at the heart of town, easy access to Wetex shopping mall, KFC and Mary Brown. There is a pork free kopitiam just beside the hotel and another pork free kopitiam right opposite it. There is also a convenient store about 2 meters away. Parking is ample by the side and behind the hotel and it's free. For the price paid, I think it's real value for money. Will stay again if I visit Muar in the future.

算是麻坡附近還不錯的了。不過位置稍稍偏了些，交通如果沒有提前準備，基本衹能靠走。樓下有日本壽司店，對面有711，附近還有素菜館，肉骨茶，吃的不擔心。前台服務小哥哥年輕，小姐姐聲音甜，服務態度還不錯。最欣慰的是房間多個插座兼容中國兩口的插頭。

4 star instead of 5 because 1) I booked Tatami Twin room for my friend and i based on the room photos and description in Agoda which indicated two single proper beds. Upon check in, the receptionist explained to us that the rooms are small and tatami room means just a mattress on the tatami floor. So we requested for an upgrade to ensure that we have proper beds. We settled with her for the upgrade. We don't mind paying for an upgraded room if this is so, but the descriptions in websites are the same and in fact also same pricing between tatami and non-tatami rooms. We didn't ask to see the actual tatami room as described by the receptionist as we were too busy with our day but trusted her explanation. After checked in, we entered our assigned room, it was very small, although it had a window with a view of the harbour. My booking on Agoda was Superior Tatami Twin. So i guess my booking was for a room without a window, and both these rooms seem the same size ie 15m2.

它位於穆爾鎮的中心。大廳大得驚人,房間非常寬敞愉快!房間的舒適寬敞將是一個大家庭(特別是帶小孩)的理想選擇。此外,它有一個浴缸!!!這可以讓孩子們有事,開心!一天漫長的一天後,還可以享受天堂般的感覺。水壓還可以緩解任何疲勞。牀和枕頭(對我來說)都很舒服,我睡了一晚很香。非常方便,因爲它與一個有超市、快餐連鎖店(德克薩斯雞、麥當勞和壽司王)的購物中心相連!如果你忘記帶書,那麼你也可以去大型藥店(華生與衛報)甚至書店(大衆與談正書),以防你日夜兼程。我兒子忘了帶牙刷,所以我們就去隔壁給他買。便利店(7-Eleven)和診所都只是步行距離,當地美食餐廳也都是步行距離,所以方便。不過,在缺點是,由於商場在酒店旁邊,他們共享相同的地下室停車場。您必須使用樓梯去酒店,或者非常耐心等待ONE 4人電梯到商場一樓,然後左轉到商場入口處繼續前往隔壁的酒店。大堂也不是您典型的酒店大堂哦進入玻璃雙門(與咖啡館和餐館共享,所以不要混淆)後,你會看到一張禮賓台(當我到達時,雖然沒有人在場),有兩部電梯,所以需要到一樓接待員櫃檯(酒店大堂)去,我之前還要提醒您,雖然不是典型的酒店大堂,但是和酒店咖啡廳共享相同的區域😄,所以不要太震驚。幸運的是,工作人員非常友好,樂於助人,使入住過程愉快。它似乎是一個相當古老的酒店,因此不要期望它完美無瑕。根據房間的位置,不要期望鎮上風景優美(這取決於你對“美麗”的定義)。地毯看起來相當古老。你可能遇到一些馬桶沖水的問題,一開始讓我擔心,直到我掌握了馬桶的竅門。當我進入房間時,牀鋪不整潔,而且做得不妥,這讓我眉毛都豎了起來。在牀頭櫃找到那張紙條和鉛筆,可能是以前的客人用過的,所以我敢說,客房管理應該改進或適當地訓練。插座插頭數量有限,只有3個;一個在咖啡桌,2個在桌子,但即使是那些據說是用於桌子和落地燈。因此,你可能需要帶自己的延長線或多插座插頭,不太喜歡牀頭燈,因爲你醒來時需要在牀上掙扎才能打開燈

非常nice and stylish hotel. busting the road in front of the hotel quite繁忙. staff is friendly and helpful. stay there for business trip and i滿意. good service, good environment. room is clean. food behind the hotel delicious. will come again.

This is my first visit to Muar and I had chosen to stay at MUO Resort. I am glad I had made the right choice as it met my stay expectations. I had boarded a coach from Singapore to Muar, whereby I had alighted at Terminal Bentayan Muar. The bus terminal is 2.1km from the resort, which is situated at the fringe of the town centre. After alighting, I headed for lunch nearby, followed by a 20 mins walk to the accommodation. As the resort is nestled inside and not very visible, you would need to look out for its signage at the main road. It is situated between Bei Boutique Hotel and Cok Cai Yan Vegetarian Restaurant. So, keep a lookout for these two places and you will be able to find the property. Upon entering the site, I could not locate the reception. I walked to the back of the compound and enquired with the restaurant staff, only to find out that it is located beside Zuzu Coffee. Opened in 2018, MUO Resort is a 29-room property that offers an interesting theme, whereby the rooms are located in a farm house setting. At the back is a mini zoo compound with animals like goats, sheep, deer, rabbits and cats. There is also a large garden that is ideal for the hosting of events. I had booked the Business Suite (Room No. 205) for my one night stay here. The room is spacious at 28 square metres, which comprised of a living room and bedroom. The rubberwood furnishings supplied by a Muar company, Natural Signature, provided an unique and interesting theme to the room. There are two television units, one in the living room and the other in the bedroom. Besides local channels, there are Cable TV channels like AXN and Astro SuperSport. If you are feeling bored, log in to the bedroom’s SMART TV and be entertained with YouTube and Spotify. The Wi-Fi works well during my stay here. The two air-conditioning units did their job of cooling the room, despite the warm weather. The bathroom has a comfortable size and offers a bathtub, hand held shower and rain shower. The shower pressure is good. However, as there is no partition, the shower water will wet the floor after each bath. In the room, you can find amenities such as bath towels, shower gel, shampoo and hair dryer. Unfortunately, there are no dental kit, mini fridge and electronic safe. A kettle is provided which you can make coffee and fruit tea during your stay here. The resort has two food and beverage outlets namely, Pak Cik Kopitiam (Opens 8am - 2pm) and Zuzu Coffee (Opens 11am - 8pm). Whilst I did not have breakfast there, I headed out to a coffeeshop called Heng Mui, located just 50m away. This is a popular coffeeshop which was frequented by the Sultan of Johor. I had a hearty breakfast which comprised of toast, half-boiled eggs, Nasi Lemak and coffee. Next to this coffeeshop is a 24hrs 7-Eleven store. Come night, a Ramly Burger stall known as Fendy Fast Food operates beside this convenience store. I bought a burger there for supper during my stay there. The resort is a 15 mins (1.1km) walk

Good Hotel to stay. Service - fast respond. Clean condition. Good location and relax. Rates also worth it.

1st impression when i arrived is the view of the surrounding which is nice and instagrammable worthy. Check in was smooth. Next to hotel there are japanese restaurant (but not halal) and another restaurant that provide local & western cuisine. Room and bathroom are spacious. Amenities? U can get everything from dryer, tea n coffee, iron and etc. Perhaps hotel can provide extra pillow.
