這次帶同事到孟買旅遊訂了9間房,但Check In 花了將近3個半小時才給所有人的房卡。本來對五星飯店的服務品質信心遭到了打擊。但Front Desk ***ager在接手後,在短短40分內就把所有房卡搞定,並且在隔天致歉及給了些折扣,充滿誠意的回應令人感動,真的不得不稱讚他的危機處理。
早餐很棒,飯店空間很大、10樓有泳池及蒸氣室,房間有舒服的浴缸(附海鹽、沐浴皂),和有將近15坪的房間面積,對度假放鬆的我,可充分休息。下次再來孟買,還會選擇這間JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar。早餐建議早起去吃,可避開人潮,而且有舒服的早餐時間、空間,有各式的西點、中式麵點、印式美食、沙拉與咖啡服務,若孟買下雨、沒任何行程時,可考量在飯店使用設施、再去shopping mall血拼一下,也是種行程安排方式。

櫃檯人員訓練不足,check in時拖拖拉拉,弄到一半還帶房客去房間,把其他人晾在枯等。

This hotel is very good in overall services & facilities. Is very clean compare to others. Very good services in overall including transportation & your overall needs for business travel.
perfect for over night stay during transit in mumbai , close to internation airport , super specious room and comfy bed , luxury bathroom with full of accessories. worth of value
