Eskay resort Went for an overnight trip with my toddler and other mommies The place is decent for staycation for those looking for a short break within the city itself Pros Room size even in the basic category was good enough to accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids Rooftop lounge : Well done space with excellent music The resort is pure vegetarian so finding Jain food for my co travellers was a easy task Cons Irresponsive front desk who handles bookings The swimming pool is shared with a club which conducts classes and it's ***datory to wear a swimming cap for ladies else shell out 100 rupees to buy a cap ! I didn’t understood the logic of why only women need to cover their head with cap whereas men are allowed to use the pool without cap !! The staff didn't feel hospitable and were rather hostile on a few ocassions Housekeeping services are only provided on checkout Overall in the price bracket it's a decent option but if they buck up in terms of service they can make the guest feel more welcomed making their stay even better

***agers are corrupt. Make sure you are paying bill of your own room. ***y a times they ask you to pay bills for some other room. The room number printed is very small. Never pay your bill in cash. They ask you to repay the same bill while checking out.

This hotel is aesthetically Ok but customer care and service is zero. The room service is terrible and are very irresponsible. They dont care about their customers at all and expect us to maintain a 4 out of 5 review. The cleanliness is also horrible and the resort does not meet up to its reputation at all. Overall, I had the worst ever experience at this place...

I don’t recommend this hotel even if it’s your last option. Can’t even expect a single fulfilled service and moreover it has the worst staff. -Legit had to call two times for a blanket - the room key doesn’t work properly - no food is available for room service -there is no tea cattle in room even after requesting for one - no washroom services for driver The hotel is not even worth a single penny -hope less breakfast -even watch*** is rude

I wish tripadvisor had zero star because this hotel deserves that. We went for checking around 3.30pm and the room was not ready they asked us to wait for 30 to 45 mins. We went there on monday and after reaching the hotel we saw the notice that pool is closed on monday where it was never mention online. After a long wait we got room which was pathetic no cleanliness, the bathroom door not opening, main door lock need ***ually key, no minibar or fridge ,tv was not working, no wifi. Later after complaint they asked to wait for another 45mins so they can shift us to other room. Later we gor shifted that was better everything was working but cleanliness is a issue. Later in evening we wanted to other something as outside food is not allowed we had no option but to order from room service. After taking order when i checked with them 30mins later about order status they said its no available later i ordered cheese corn ball they said no available after 5 min they said ita available so i ordered cheese corn ball and black bean panner which came after 45mins and was stone cold and they knew that we can creat issue so they de***d the money on the spot. Next day we went to pool where the water was all greenish it was very dirty. Overall very bad ***agement i have asked to speak to ***ager nut no one responded. Never recommended to anyone

Worst experience (Buffet)...The food was too pathetic. No way even near a one star restaurant had an option i will give a negative rating. We even offered his ***ager Francis and Durgesh to have the food on my behalf and will pay for it. To your surprise they didn't had that food. The ambience is good being on the pool side, but the chair and table are so cheap of plastic as you are eating on the street side. The food is not well cooked or prepared. Pasta was half cooked with water gravy. ***chow Soup (OMG) was like a ready packet serving. Roti/naan was served cold and was like rubber. Noodles were cold and tasteless. Over and above the desert was like you will forget mad over donuts. About this exciting experience when we told ***ager Francis (Bald and beared guy), his explanation was so that everyone has a different taste and was not ready to accept the mistake. So guys strongly suggest not to go to this place for food experience, if you want to just chill on the pool side and enjoy the ambience then it's fine.

I got the double bed room, like in the picture for the hotel, hotel was clean, staff friendly and accommodating. Room service was excellent, only vegetarian options are available. For non-veg there is a sit down restaurant downstairs. My visit was during the monsoons and the garden view room kept me mesmerized with parrots and other birdlife.
