I stayed there in the first week of July 2022 in room number 201. The room ceiling was broken. When I asked them, they said It's been like that for the last several months and it will not fall even though that was a huge safety issue. This room was just beside the lift and was making huge noise throughout the night. The pillows were not washed and they had several stains on them. They don't have a kitchen so you are dependent on outside food for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Overall, the location of the hotel is amazing but the hotel is in urgent need of a makeover. In its current conditions, it's not worth the amount they are charging. The checkout time is 11 am. When I wanted to extend it for an hour, they asked for Rs 1700 which was way more than what you pay at an airport lounge.

Thank you so much for your amazing hospitality will always stay here every year I stay with my family and don’t get privacy but now as I have a nice hotel in my mind I will always come here it’s decent 1

Advertised as 3 star but should really be no star, The staff are very helpful, the rooms however leaves much to be desired. The towel was very rough and were seen lying on the floor before changes. Not very clean. Only advantage being proximity to restaurants and shopping on Hill Rd.

I stayed in this Hotel with my wife and son and daughter. The room size was comfortable. Room service was good. staff behaviour was nice, clean but expensive. no any bus service available nearby area
