阿爾馬住所飯店(Hotel Arma Residency)

I didn’t even stay the night and they refused to refund me. It was dirty and not cared for. The towels were stained and had holes in them. The wall paper was peeling off the walls. There was mold on the ceiling and the walls were splashed with dirt and moldy. The toilet had a large clump of hair in it and the bedding was full of hair.

The hotel is not far from Mumbai International Airport, and in a good area, but the rooms are not clean, nor the bathrooms. It could improve much more!

We did booking from *********** and we had received the confirmation aslo but the hotel said they were fully booked at the last moment we were three girl’s travelling we had nowhere to go at 21:30pm after that they arranged another hotel which was look like ghost hotel very disappointed with the hospitality of the arma residency i will not recommend anyone to go there . For the front desk and reservation team you should check and update availability properly bcoz of you small mistake sombody can be in trouble like we face today . Thanks but no thanks 🤮🤮 For the ***agers kindly check the attached confirmation .
