慕尼黑奧林匹亞公園美居飯店(Mercure Hotel Muenchen am Olympiapark)

飲食店にいるようなGや虫がいて最悪でした。2日連続で虫が出て眠れなかったので部屋を変えてもらったのですが、その後は大丈夫でした。スタッフの対応は良かったですが、もう行くことはないでしょう。

Für den Preis sehr gut, mit der Tram ist man schnell am Hbf, habe gut geschlafen und kann mich auch über Lärm nicht beschweren. Nur der WLAN hatte nicht gut funktioniert, habe dann einfach Handy als Hotspot benutzt. Direkt nebenan ist auch eine Bäckerei, sowie Supermarkt, Drogerie etc.

Nous avons réservé une chambre dans l’établissement Mercure Hôtel Munich Olympiapark du 7 au 11 décembre 2023. En raison de la grève des trains, notre train a été annulé le jour de la réservation, nous avons donc dû annuler notre voyage à Munich. Nous avons adressé une demande de remboursement ou d’avoir auprès de l’hôtel afin de pouvoir revenir ultérieurement. La direction de l’Hôtel n’a même pas répondu à notre demande. Nous déconseillons donc d’aller dans cet hôtel qui ne veut pas proposer de solution ou un geste commercial suite à une annulation de dernière minute indépendante de notre volonté. Leur communication est proche de la nullité ! Gilles

Poor hotel. Rooms dirty and tired. Walked and there were blonde hairs all over the floor- clearing hadn’t been hoovered. Tired rooms, wallpaper coming off, marks all over bathroom. Rooms were so nosy. You could hear the room next to us shutting their curtains. Poor sleep quality. Staff did not smile. Key card kept stopping working. Reception blamed it on being kept with our phones- they were no where near each other. Walked past a couple having the same issue… Munich is such a beautiful place, when I visit next time it won’t be with this hotel…

I'd like to share my bad experience with this hotel during summer. The air conditioner do not work properly and it is a problem they know about. I was in a top floor bedroom, with low ceiling and direct sun during the whole afternoon and beggining of the night. It was simply impossible to be in the room without air conditioner. After the first night without sleep, I askded the reception to get it fixed and they told me it is a problem that they must reset the machine many times a day and they usually forget. So, I had to "remember" them everytime the air conditioner stopped working by calling the reception. The second day I asked to change room (at least without the sun) or the hotel, they said it was impossible. They were fully booked. I asked for a solution, and they gave me a fan (attached photo). I asked to speak with the manager (it was a saturday) and I was told that there is no manager during the weekends. Totally unacceptable... and in high season. During summer, when it was over 33oC, I cannot understand how the hotel do not have a protocol that every hour somebody should check the central air conditioner. Just to highlight, the staff was really nice, but I felt like they couldn't do much and there was nobody in charge to solve problems. On monday, my check out day, I asked for a late check out and they gave it for free as a token to the "climate" problem. It is a gesture, but what I needed was the air conditioner to work well. I had 4 days of a bad experience.
