Das Jotel war geschlossen wegen Bauarbeiten leider wurde ich im Vorfeld informiert.... I ich würde in ein anderes hotel verwiesen

It was a nigh**are, that place should be close. The first day the toilet was broken, they moved me the room next door, the second day didn’t have service water until 4:00 pm, the bathroom was moldy, the 3rd day start fixing the bathroom next door around 8:00 am with a lot noise, the 4th day the same, that place is depressing. The worst hotel I have been so far. Do not book this place

ホテルのスタッフさんが大変親切でした。 夜は22:30までしかフロントが空いていないのですが、到着日が夜だったため、エクスペディアを通じて連絡が来て、鍵の受け渡し方法など対応いただけました。 ミュンヘン中央駅からは少し離れていますが、ツアーバスの発着場も徒歩圏内ですし、マリエン広場にも歩いていける距離で、利便性はよかったです。ホテル周辺は静かですが、ホテルの部屋や廊下からは音が聞こえて気になりました。

El hotel tiene sus luces y sus sombras. Sinceramente lo mejor de todo es la ubicación / precio. Eso sí, después de haber estado en él, no pagaría tampoco más, como los precios que he estado viendo en el mismo hotel por una habitación igual días antes de llegar. El hotel está reformando algunas de las habitaciones, y resultaba un poco molesto el ruido de las obras. Pero como casi no estábamos en él, no le dimos más importancia. Lo que no me gustó fue la habitación que nos dieron, muy pequeña. Todo en ella era incómodo. La ducha, estrecha, con una cortina que se te pegaba y encima los reguladores de agua mal situados, que reducían aún más el espacio y muy antiguos, de los que debías tener cuidado de no tocar porque podías abrasarte. Las camas muy incomodas, si te sentabas sobre la cama, notabas los muelles. El edredón no podía estar más viejo, le faltaba relleno por todos lados. Además de la almohada que tenía el mismo problema que el edredón. Y otro inconveniente, en pleno inicio del invierno, el radiador del baño no funcionaba. Nos hubiera venido bien. He pagado hoteles con muy buena ubicación y con precio similar con (por lo menos) camas cómodas. El personal del hotel muy agradable y encantador, y disponen de guarda equipaje, y nos dejaron entrar antes de la hora porque ya tenían la habitación preparada, que eso también es un punto a favor. No esperéis lujos, parece más una pensión (está entero para reformar). Ya que tampoco disponible de muchos servicios. A pesar de los inconvenientes, sí volvería al mismo hotel, ya que la localización era perfecta y no necesito mucho cuando voy de viaje.

Het is een basic hotel op een ideale locatie wat het voor de budgetreizers een goede keuze maakt. Bedden waren wel ondermaats en de hotelparking is heel klein (en betalend). Auto moest op een verroeste ijzeren plaat staan waar we niet echt een goed gevoel bij hadden. Receptioniste was correct en behulpzaam.

Checking in is OK. Like many small hotels in Germany, there is no room service unless daily room cleaning is requested. Bath room is small and shower head is not working properly. Good point is the location, it is near a nice bakery for morning breakfast and is near the center where great food is easily accessible.

The main positives are that the hotel has a good location, which is close to public transport. However, this hotel badly needs refurbishment. The toilets are disgusting and outdated. The en-suite bathroom needs retiling, however as it has a walk in shower it becomes so slippery it’s dangerous. The room’s curtains were like a thick blanket held up by one screw. The hotel room was so hot that you can’t shut the window day or night, which means it’s very noisy. We would not recommend this hotel.
