阿爾彭飯店(Hotel Alpenruh)

Décevant : service minimum. Hôtel à 15 minutes de la gare mais la route est enneigée donc très difficile avec une valise. En Suisse, sur de nombreux hôtels CFF propose de déposer vos valises. L'hôtel n'a pas proposé ni à l'arrivée ni au départ, une possibilité avec chariot ou petite voiturette comme le propose d'autres hôtels. Le service est minimum peu de conseil sur la randonnée, les activités ni l'offre touristique. Il y a un sauna : la réception ne vous le propose pas ni les possibilités de reservation. Il vous propose le restaurant seulement. Le restaurant est correct, le personnel de service très professionnel et agréable ( le restaurant est mieux que l'hôtel) Dernier point : un bruit de fuite d'eau - j'ai signalé le matin mais la nuit n'était pas agréable ( goutte à goutte par intermittence ) Chambre jolie mais comme beaucoup d'hôtels dans l'Oberland ( chalet en bois - finition peu mieux faire - salle de bain moyenne faible confort et très ancien pas jolie ) - Trop cher pour la qualité - confort et disponibilité.

The staff was as helpful and kind as possible. They were exceedingly friendly. It was helpful that the restaurant was open since I prefer to travel during slightly off peak seasons to avoid crowds. The food at the restaurant was excellent. Since many restaurants in the area were closed I had to eat here numerous times. Each time the food was good and I tried something new every day. The outside balcony had a much better view of the mountains than I expected. It was my first time in the country so I feel like I got lucky with this hotel. The view was so nice I was ok when I just stayed in the hotel. The breakfast was clean and organized. The setting was nice and calm. However, the staff made the hotel great. Everyone had a positive attitude.

我們特別感謝在前台和餐廳工作的人們。早餐很棒！不喜歡羽絨被。當他們提到鄉村景觀時，可能意味著根本沒有景觀。非常方便前往 North Face 步道和從吉梅爾瓦爾德 (Gimmelwald) 出發的纜車。還有雪朗峰。從火車站一路穿過城鎮。

週六下雨，入住時間太晚了，但飯店好心支持了我。儘管下雨，但景色和酒店仍然很美麗。這是我第二次入住這家飯店。我計劃下次再去住。

We really enjoyed staying at Hotel Alpenruh! One of the things we liked the best was the customer service - everyone on staff was incredibly kind and courteous. We also really enjoyed their dinner menu - the food was very good! The rooms are comfortable and clean and that VIEW!? I have never experienced anything like it. Staying here is enjoyable as is but nothing can beat having breakfast at that altitude with the mighty summit of the alps almost at your grasp. It was like having breakfast in the clouds or inside a Tolkien novel. An unforgettable experience!

Great location to the Schilthorn gondola…great food and drink and restaurant…beautiful view from balcony…small grocery down the street to get snack or dinner to enjoy in room or in a hike.

Extremely friendly staff. Very clean. Staff facilitated dinner reservations, and stayed open late to accommodate our travel group. Thank you.

No front desk service to speak off. Our stay was for 3 nights and we were locked out of our room after the first night. A very basic accommodation hotel. No frills or friendliness. Check in sleep n check out facility
