We stayed at the very end of Ramadan. The hotel was quiet. It was very spacious and airy. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. It was huge very comfortable and quiet with good facilities for cooking (if you need to). Very clean. The pool had beautiful views over the city and was very comfortable. There was a separate ladies area with a pool that again was very well presented. We felt breakfast was a little limited we raised some issues with Vincent who to be fair did his best to try and assist us. We hired a taxi from the mall for 7 OMR per hour to take us to see the sights and this worked very well and I would recommend.. The hotel is attached to a Mall with a Carrefour and there is a bigger mall within walking distance with a much bigger selection of shops and restaurants. We found this hotel a quiet comfortable base to explore Muscat and would love to return sometime.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. It feels new and modern. Although far from the city centre, it wasn't a problem as we brought our car with us for this cross-country trip. Everything we need in the room was available (toiletries, drinking water, tea, hair dryer). The hotel staff were courteous and helpful. Special mention to the R&B staff Krystine, Ellaine, Chef Neil, Chef Said, Louie, John, Esther and Dominic. They're all friendly and made our breakfast and dinner really special. Due to our hectic and tiring schedule, we were not able to use their gym, steam bath and swimming pool. Too bad because those facilities really look good. Maybe next time?

從機場打車過來，我花了7里亞爾，但是走的時候用uber，衹要2里亞爾。 房間裏面挺好的，挺寬敞的，不過周圍沒有什麼商業，但是有幾個餐廳。 吃飯在酒店裡就能解決，晚餐要看當天酒店的人多不多，有時候是自助餐，有時候得點餐。 離海邊大概走路15分鐘，挺漂亮的。 往麥當勞那個方向走不遠有一個the lounge，抽水煙很好而且便宜。 接觸了不多幾個阿曼人，包括出租車司機，酒店前台服務員，餐廳服務員，門口抽煙的當地哥們兒，還有海邊隨便聊兩句的幾個人，覺得都很友善，很慢生活。

The players stayed here or in the nearby City Seasons where the swimming pool was bigger and the gym was better and there were also more shops around. I had a comfortable room with an excellent housekeeper Yohana who made my bed the way I liked it and made sure my room was spotlessly clean. Anne on reception was always very helpful and gave me a good tip about moving away from the hotel entrance to get a better price on the Oman taxi application which I advise everyone to use as the taxis have no meters and the Omani drivers try to cheat foreigners all the time asking up to ten times the price for a trip. Always check the price first on the application. The players were on an all-inclusive basis. The food was fairly good and the restaurant staff kept the dining room very clean.

I stayed at the hotel 3 nights. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Both breakfast and dinner was really good. Nice pool with great view. Also a bar at the pool. It is a big mall with a big supermarked next door, and mall of Oman just up the street. You can also take a look at a big mosque up the street wich is really nice at night with beautiful lights. I recomend this hotel!

酒店的硬件沒有話説！雖然是有點歲月的痕跡，但是遲暮美人依舊光彩奪目。 酒店服務依舊非常在線，堪稱完美。 也別要提一下 Found， Om 等餐飲部員工，特別驚訝的是，他們永遠記得你的名字，記得你昨天愛吃什麼菜，喜歡坐在哪個位置。（其實我每天的菜都是聽他們介紹才下的單，因為相信他們的介紹，沒有一次踩雷） 甚至每個人都記得那天正好是我的生日！所有人都會祝我生日快樂！ 我真的是驚呆了！太感動了！難怪每年他都在各大獎項的榜單上亮相，因為20年的累積都是不容易的，和大家聊天才知道，很多員工都已經在這裏做了好幾年，8年，9年比比皆是。忠誠度相當高！ 我特別要表揚一下 concierge team，非常專業且廣博，他們可以為你介紹所有你想要了解的阿曼，任何的安排他們都可以滿足，不管是去買乳香，還是看海豚，他們都可以為你制定行程。“Big Guy” 他一直在。 雖然目前，在酒店，沒有很多中國客人，但是我希望有更多的中國客人可以發現這坐寶藏酒店！20年了，依舊是阿拉伯海灣的傳奇！ （all the hero staff have to mention, Found, OM, Abdullah , Sulaiman, also a guy i saw his face on Oman airline but I can't remember his name, sorry for that, thank you for the excellent team and I hope to see the fab team again） 酒店的長泳池，或者是大堂，都是令人着迷的拍攝場景，在酒店度過一天，哪裡也不去，也是無比的滿足。

This is nothing short of an amazing hotel and definitely worth five stars. The room was very clean, spacious and had an amazing view over the pool area and ocean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had everything you'd need, including a combined shower and bathtub. There was also sufficient storage space and a built-in safe that easily fitted my 15” laptop. The breakfast buffet was awesome. A huge variety of delicious food items, eggs cooked to order, fresh juices, different types of fresh bread, all sorts of hot items, cereals, and freshly grounded speciality coffees. Plus more! It was also a true treat to sit at the poolside, while enjoying this breakfast. It made for a wonderful start of the day. Unlike many other hotels, the in-house restaurants were really good too. We tried the Italian restaurant and the Duke pub/restaurant. It was really nice to sit outside, overlooking the bay and to see the sun setting. The location of the hotel makes for breathtaking views. It is on a cliff at the end of a bay, overlooking the bay and the city of Muscat. The one thing I want to point out is that there is nothing else nearby. The hotel is in a residential area and if you'd like to go to a different restaurant, you'd need to take a taxi. Not a big deal and the hotel provides about everything you'd need, but it is something to keep in mind. Last, but certainly not least, the staff at this hotel was so super friendly and helpful. They really know what hospitality means! This is also across the board. From the reception, to the house keeping, and the breakfast staff. As well as the restaurant staff. A special recognition goes to Deepika at the front desk. She clearly remembered we'd asked something about the Duke bar and the next day she gave me an update. She was also very helpful when I had to handle some documents. A great example of excellent customer service.

酒店距離Qurum Beach，步行7，8分鐘可達，觀看海景方便，但附近無大型商超，餐廳。本人一個女生，單獨出行，在這家酒店的入住體驗極差，首先，酒店門口的出租車是酒店內部車隊，宰客現象嚴重且蠻橫無理，坐了一次，原本5裏亞的車費，他們收10裏亞，最後繞路多走了一段，下車時阿拉伯司機大叔吼着我又多要了2裏亞，相當粗魯。離開時去機場要打車，在門口攔了一輛出租車，但是酒店出租車隊大叔呼喝其它的出租車走開，硬把我的行李搬到他自己的出租車後備箱，非說同樣的價格非要坐他們的車。如此強買強賣，我氣不過，他們不講理，互相爭執起來我喊了酒店經理，經理看后也袖手旁觀！其次，我在入住期間，曾遭隔壁房間一名當地醉酒男子敲門，後來才知道這家酒店有Bar，在當地風評不好，我也確實看到有一些穿着清涼的當地小姐姐晚上進出。。。以上寫了自己的體驗，希望能為國人同胞提供參考。

I had a wonderful experience in W hotel Oman . Been there with my family . I went to dine in Sidhartha restaurant. I was taken care by Raj who is extraordinary in customer service and even when I enquired about the property. Raj took that efforts to show me around the whole property. My visit was awesome and I would definitely give 10/10 for the services I received and the way me and my family wad taken care .

This is nothing short of an amazing hotel and definitely worth five stars. The room was very clean, spacious and had an amazing view over the pool area and ocean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had everything you'd need, including a combined shower and bathtub. There was also sufficient storage space and a built-in safe that easily fitted my 15” laptop. The breakfast buffet was awesome. A huge variety of delicious food items, eggs cooked to order, fresh juices, different types of fresh bread, all sorts of hot items, cereals, and freshly grounded speciality coffees. Plus more! It was also a true treat to sit at the poolside, while enjoying this breakfast. It made for a wonderful start of the day. Unlike many other hotels, the in-house restaurants were really good too. We tried the Italian restaurant and the Duke pub/restaurant. It was really nice to sit outside, overlooking the bay and to see the sun setting. The location of the hotel makes for breathtaking views. It is on a cliff at the end of a bay, overlooking the bay and the city of Muscat. The one thing I want to point out is that there is nothing else nearby. The hotel is in a residential area and if you'd like to go to a different restaurant, you'd need to take a taxi. Not a big deal and the hotel provides about everything you'd need, but it is something to keep in mind. Last, but certainly not least, the staff at this hotel was so super friendly and helpful. They really know what hospitality means! This is also across the board. From the reception, to the house keeping, and the breakfast staff. As well as the restaurant staff. A special recognition goes to Deepika at the front desk. She clearly remembered we'd asked something about the Duke bar and the next day she gave me an update. She was also very helpful when I had to handle some documents. A great example of excellent customer service.

When I came after midnight (it was already Monday 27.03.2023) there were 3 men at the reception. All kind and helpful. One kindly accompanied me to the room. I'd assume he was a trainee. There was some noise at night that woke me up at night. Not sure where it was coming from, but probably from the corridor. I'd expect 4* hotel to be kind of sound proof like other hotels of that range are. When I was checking out at 7 AM the same day, I politely left the key card at the reception and greeted the receptionist, but he didn't seem to be interested in my presence. There was a grumpy and brusque receptionist at that time (short, well-groomed man). Such people shouldn't work in hospitality! In addition, when I was leaving the reception, he sighed deeply and out loud.. Such a frustrated person.. Breakfast was below the average for 4* hotels.

這是馬斯喀特的絕佳食材:乾淨得像口哨一樣,通常也很好。但是,酒店周圍地區卻是另外一回事。父母坐在門口看着,無所事事,他們的小傢伙們在路上跑來跑去,把卡丁車對準過往的汽車,然後猛撞車,竟敢停下。希望他們的母親--或者成人的代名詞--採取行動?不要在你的生命裏。同時,他們過分溺愛的孩子亂跑,這很可惜,破壞了該地區的環境,阿曼人通常很善於控制孩子。

Near to the airport..just a 10 minute ride..nice clean hotel..approach is a bit confusing..but nevertheless..ample parking space..courteous staff..clean big rooms for a short stay..breakfast was fulfilling and tasty..had lots of indian options..will surely recommend for a short transit stay near the airport.

衹能說實在太好了，可以自己洗衣服，這次時間充足發現還有做飯的鍋餐具，一應俱全，陽台需要前台來打開就可以晾衣服！出差真的好方便，順便提一下大堂餐廳的omlet很有中國味道哦！
