Really needed a ground floor room. No apologies, or regrets. Just "we don't have a ground floor available". Nothing more. Took a deposit, went to room to find many things broken or missing, so I immediately took pictures and went back to the front desk to inform them of the discrepancies so my deposit would not be affected. They did hear what I told them, and said they will tell the cleaning ladies. End result, beds were comfortable, checkout lady was very friendly, and we re-aquired our full deposit.
