伊貢米科諾斯傲途格精選飯店(Aegon Mykonos, Autograph Collection)

Ne croyez pas aux images ni aux textes qui font rêver. Le service de l hotel est honteux. Cet hotel est une vraie blague. Je suis choquée. Pas de room service pour le petit déjeuner (quand le room service decide enfin de repondre au telephone) sous pretexte qu il y a des frais en plus. Pas de réassort pour le mini bar. Je n'ai plus d eau et cela ne semble gener personne. Pas de deuxieme service pour le soir non plus. Check in deplorable, apres un long voyage une jeune femme paniquée, et apres avoir appele son "manager" m informe qu il faut que j aille dans "l autre batiment" d'abord puis revenir a ce batiment, a pied et via une ruelle dangereuse car etroite, sinueuse et beaucoup de passages de voitures, tres sale aussi. Il n ont pas de navette évidemment . Idem si je veux aller a la plage. L hotel n'est pas sur la plage. L hotel est en fait compose de 2 batiments, le bâtiment principal fait face a la mer lui mais avant tout un parking/ poubelles / cables electriques. Le second batiment ou je restais est plus dans les collines. La pauvre salle fitness est en sous sol, sans fenetre et ne donne pas envie. Les toilettes d'invites sont sales et cela fait minimum 2 jours qu elles n ont pas ete nettoyees. Ma "suite infinity" à presque 2000€ La nuit se trouve en sous sol, j ai l impression de rentrer dans les locaux techniques de l hotel. Aucun geste de bienvenue. Tout est froid et semble compliqué. 2h15 d attente pour un tir bouchon qui devrait deja etre dans le mini bar mais qui ne l est pas. Diner room service sur un plateau sans verre, sans sel ni poivre, sans la moindre présentation si ce n est une serviette en papier !!!!! On parle toujours d un hotel 5 etoiles! Cela fait 2 jours que les restes de ce room service sont dans le couloir menant a ma chambre. Peut etre attendent il que les rats viennent nettoyer le plateau, a savoir. Le petit dejeuner est infecte a part les viennoiseries. Le saumon fume est clairement périmé. Le jambon ne ressemble pas a du jambon mais a du chewing gum. Ma suite dispose d une piscine privee, quelle chance, si ce n est qu elle fait face au systeme d air conditionné tres bruyant et imposant. Le personnel semble gentil mais beaucoup trop incompétent et feignant. Les seuls points positifs sont le batiment en soit qui est assez charmant (mais dans un cadre tout sauf charmant) et la literie confortable. Je suis censee rester 3 nuits de plus ici et compte aller dans un autre hôtel aujourd'hui car je compte bien profiter de mes 5 precieux jours de vacances. Cet hotel est honteux et cela me desole

We booked an aqua suite which was really beautiful. The AC worked great and the bed was sooo comfy. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and taken care of. George at the pool bar was excellent. They have a small gym and the breakfast is very nice. The only thing I could say is that it’s a bit away from anything walkable. We didn’t have car and had to pay a-lot for a car anywhere. Not many taxis or Uber in Mykonos.

Quintessentially Autograph collection experience. This is a beautiful and unique hotel. Has an intimate, boutique feeling with the name brand one to ensure your peace of mind. I was worried when reading reviews from last year, but the hotel has certainly worked hard to remedy any issues from the past. We stayed over early July. Clean, beautiful rooms, excellent service from smiling, amazing staff. Darwin is a staff member who has worked in other European Marriott properties and really knows how to deliver on the brand promise! There are two properties in this hotel. We stayed at the Retreat, which is about a 2 minute walk to the beach. Gorgeous views, refreshing and sparkling pools, private swimming pools for many of the rooms! What a treat! Everything worked amazingly for us. Transfer pick up driver was on time and excellent. Welcome drinks, and staff welcome was very refreshing! Breakfast buffet was scrumptious! The 2 minute walk to the Kalo Livadi beach was not a problem at all. The other property (Revive) is pretty much on the beach, so if that’s important to you, you may want to consider this. We got beach chairs and an umbrella, towels, with a minimum, purchase of €30 per person. Food and service on the beach were terrific, beach quiet and the ambiance wonderful. All in, an amazing stay. I was sad to leave, and I’d really like to go back again.

Aegon may seem a bit out of the way but it was a lovely hotel to stay at. Many hotels rate and advertise themselves as "5 star" and although Aegon isn't "5 star", it could be. It is practically new, a short drive from a beach where you can find private beach clubs and about a 20min drive from Mykonos town (Fabrica end) depending on traffic. It is also just a 15min drive to the airport. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean (which is extremely important) and the rooms are very spacious with big balconies. The outdoor space is nice too (not massive), with a beautiful pool, which is a good size. It would be great if they could get bigger umbrellas that offer some protection from the sun, so guests don't fry! The climate has changed and it just isn't pleasant sitting in the sun anymore and the problem is that you can't really enjoy the pool as there isn't much shade at all. Hopefully the Marriott can invest some money on that...Otherwise, it's beautiful. We were out all the time and didn't try the food at the hotel except for breakfast, which was what you would expect, nicely displayed and everything seemed clean. The staff at this hotel were truly lovely and made us feel very welcome indeed. A big thank you to Adriana, Darwin and Kalliopi at the reception, Dimitris, Michaela and Giannis at the breakfast room/bar. And of course to Pavlos the Manager who is a lovely man and was very helpful to us. Unfortunately we didn't get any names from the housekeeping staff but the hotel and the rooms were clean so they are doing a great job. Unlike everywhere else we have stayed in Mykonos over the years, this is a hotel we would actually be happy to come back to.

From one of nicest public beach in Mykonos they made a disaster in the Albanian Renaissance style at its best, with arrogant and utterly incompetent service. You can smell the trash bins from your €60-100 bed and the parking is a mess. The crowd is in line with the beach. As far as the hotel is concerned you'll enjoy a similar level of service -or no-service- at outrageous price.
