聖馬可飯店(San Marco Hotel and Villas)

I have been here with 2 different groups of travelers over the course of a couple weeks. The resort grounds are beautiful and the rooms are stunning. The pool is a great place to relax and unwind after spending the day in Old Town (free shuttle from resort) or touring the surrounding areas. The shuttle driver (Dimitris), front reception, and other staff are all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back.

After reading reviews, I was very nervous about staying at this hotel. Thankfully, that all went away as soon as we arrived. We were welcomed by the front desk staff, and greeted by the new operating manager. We were a group of 8 and all were placed in rooms in the newer Epic Blue area. Some sections of the area is still under construction but our room, balcony, and views were awesome. It is up a hill, and they will have a van/car take you and pick you up. We mostly walked down but got a ride up. The onsite restaurant doesn't open until 1200 so there is nothing to eat between breakfast and then. The included breakfast was very good. No complaints and plenty of options. The hotel is about 15 driving minutes from town and offers a nice shuttle but it does not run all day. There is a pretty big gap in the middle of the day so you have to pay 60 euro for private transfer whether 2 people or 8 people. Special recognition of Marianne qho works the front desk and helped me with an issue that was not related to or the fault of the hotel. I loved her perspective that "we didn't need to stay in rhe problem." I would also recognize Evi, Afroditi, the shuttle driver, the onsite bellman/driver - his name starts with a B but I didn't write it down. Of course, the dining room staff were all super helpful and kudos to Michele the operations manager. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because of the quality of lunch food, and inconvenient shuttle times. We would definitely stay here again.

Très grand complexe hôtelier fait de petites unités construites sur une colline en pente. Chambres spacieuse et confortable. Par contre loin de tout. Heureusement une navette nous amenait et nous ramenait de Mikonos cinq fois par jour. Bon petit déjeuners compris, mais pas ou peu de service pour le dîner et souper. Piscine mal située en façade de l’hôtel et loin des plages

La acogida fue bastante desagradable. No saben cuidar a los turistas. En general en todas las islas griegas pero aquí especialmente. La habitación estaba a medio hacer y cuando bajamos a la piscina ni siquiera tenían toallas para todos. Tuve que bajar con el albornoz. No es para nada un Hotel de la categoría que refieren. La limpieza brilla por su ausencia.

Otro excelente hotel a base de bungalós, muy amplios y situados en un buen entorno. El buffet desayuno está muy bien y el personal es amable. Cuenta con servicio de transporte del hotel al centro de Chora, lo cual se agradece porque el hotel está bastante alejado de la ciudad y la carretera para llegar hasta ella es complicada y sinuosa. La alternativa al bus del hotel es alquilar un coche, una buena opción sí se quiere recorrer un poco la isla. mejor dicho la única opción. Tampoco cuenta con playas cercanas que merezcan la pena.

Очень приятный отель. Красивейшие виды. Удобные комнаты. Поздний завтрак. Но для пяти звезд ему не хватает сервиса. В ресторане отвратительное обслуживание. Кофе заказанное за завтраком приносят через 30 минут после завтрака. Нонсенс. Ленивые сонные официанты. В прошлом году такого не было. И еще. Завтрак стал более скудным по сравнению с прошлым годом

Très bel hôtel, situé à l’écart de la ville mais qui propose des navettes gratuites pour aller à la plage ou à Chira (mykonos city). Propre, piscine avec serviettes proposées. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la vue de la terrasse que nous avions était magnifique. Le restaurant est superbement bien situé (face piscine et mer), bon les tarifs sont ceux du centre ville et bénéficiant de demie pension, les boissons ne sont pas comprises et nous avions un montant max pris en charge (35 adulte et 20 enfant). Le seul petit défaut et l’insonorisation de la chambre qui n’est pas parfaite.

We decided to visit Mykonos and picked the best hotel for our stay. We are a family of 4 with kids ages 13 and 8. We arrived by ferry with a car because we like exploring but we honestly did not need it. The San Marco has a shuttle to pick you up from the port or airport as well as shuttle service to the town (only about 10 min ride to town). We were greeted by a very friendly staff and welcome drinks upon our arrival which were appreciated. The reception assisted us with reservations for dinners , beach and anything we needed. We enjoyed a lovely lunch by the pool our first day, just perfect to unwind from a long trip to Mykonos. Breakfast each morning was beautifully set up with a plethora of various foods (kids really enjoyed picking what they wanted each day). Our room was a loft suite which was perfect for our family. It had a large bed upstairs overlooking the downstairs living area with a pull out large sized sofa bed that allowed the kids to sleep comfortably. Overall our stay at the San Marco Luxury hotel and villas was exceptional and can’t wait to go back! This will be our place when we return to Mykonos in the future!
