Very nice and clean and good breakfast . The room was clean and the staff were very friendly.

Room was clean. Staff was nice but the couple that handles the continental breakfast are 2 of the nicest people I have ever met! I loved them!

Host was excellent and helpful. Room was clean. Beds were uncomfortable and gave me a back ache. Thought they had a hot tub but only had a pool that looked dirty. It was ok.

Assigned room was pretty terrible. Largest part of room was the hallway to get to the bed area. Bathroom is tiny; door has about 1.5 inch clearance around toilet and swings into tub. Sink is in hall so area inside 'bathroom' is about 4x6 with a low ceiling and a super bright white light that illuminates the floor that has not been cleaned in a while. Seal on window is broken and has salt and dirt between panes so bad it is opaque. Maybe this is a feature so I don't have to see the parking lot? Duvee should be inside a washable cover, instead it is between two sheets. I asked for a room at the end of the hall away from the elevator and was given one next to the elevator with the noisy ice machine also outside the door. Possible worst check-in experience ever with person demanding my phone number and arguing (stopped check-in and stared at me) when I declined to give it. I did have a reasonable rate, probably because it was a Sunday. I noticed rates were 2-3X for Friday or Saturday and I would have been livid if that applied to me.

When we arrived at the hotel the door was ajar and I thought nothing of it. We checked the room to make sure it was empty and found that it was and felt okay about spending the night. The next morning I was looking for one of our key cards and thought maybe one of our kids dropped it outside the door so I opened the door to the hallway and there was a man there close to the peephole and reaching towards the door handle. He turned immediately and ran down the staircase that was opposite our door. I was stunned and called the front desk and told them I just caught someone looking in our peephole and they hung up on me immediately. I called again a few times and finally they answered but my son screamed because he was afraid and they hung up again. My husband who was loading the car when this happened told the person at the front desk about this instance and they said it was just cleaning staff - who were on that floor at the time but on the other side of the floor from our room and I’ve never had cleaning staff run from me. The man was not in work appropriate clothing. We left feeling very unsettled and afraid. I sent them a message detailing the experience and they did not respond, I got the receipt shortly after sending the message but it’s been over a week and still no response. I’m thankful nothing happened, but I’m alarmed by the complete lack of action, no response now and when I was on their property, alone in the room with my children that they hung up on me twice.

Fairfields never really disappoint when staying at one. This ocation is perfect as it is right in between north myrtle beach and myrtle beach. Free parking and free breakfast is always a plus. The only minor complaints I had was the pillows are really flat, even if you have 2 on top of each other. And this property didnt have a gym on site. Other than that, it was a great stay

One overnight. Room smelled moldy when we entered, carpeting was damp, bathroom was 90% clean, shower offered shampoo and conditioner but NO BODYWASH. all that was supplied was one tiny bar of soap in the vanity area. Very disappointed.

Je m’attendais à mieux pour le prix, la chambre avait le plafond qui s’effritait et les tapis ne sont plus d’actualité. Pas de changement de serviettes au deuxième jours après plusieurs douches.
