For 3 days we called for room service to change the bed sheets and vacuum, they came only to change the bathroom towels, they did not even bother to take the dirty towels with them they kept 2 big plastic bags next to the TV, and we also left them there.
So we checked out early , we tried to explain it to the Assistant Manager when we were checking out , but she did not want to be bothered .

The staff was friendly, didnt need the pitch for windham.resorts club at check in. The property looked very nice, nice pool facilities. Problem came when we saw roaches coiming out at night in the kitchen. The kitchen area was not very well cleaned. Staff didnt seem surprised, only gave a nominal discount for our experience. Had to shake out everything and did not sleep.well.

We really enjoyed ourselves. It is not far from the local entertainment or restaurants. It was right on the beach. It has an indoor and outdoor pool, coffee shop, restaurant and bowling alley. What more can you ask for?

Always a dependable place to stay. Excellent selection of amenities. The only negative thing I can say about this hotel is that the rooms that have an adjoining option are not private enough. We could hear the neighbors the entire weekend.

The trip was horrible. I will never stay there again . The Hallway to the room were poorly lit or not lit at all until completely dark outside. The room was very outdated and smelled mildew. no matter how much air freshener we used. There was no dishwasher. We asked for paper towels at the desk, and was given a box of tissue. We found and molded brownie underneath side of bed. The kitchenette did not have dishcloth or drying towels . It had one knife . The bathroom was very out dated and small. It had flying bats every where.

The room was dirty, your room hallway is actually outside. This hotel is overpriced for its location and we did not feel safe at night ! We checked out after our 1st night in the hotel and the clerk who help me get out of my reservation was very helpful and apologetic.
