C est très bien l hôtel, c est propre, vue sur la mer avec balcon. Petite cuisine avec tout le nécessaire.

La reseccionista pésima

I enjoyed my trip. The front desk staff was friendly, helpful and proessional! The view was nice...just wish they had heavier blankets, but when asked for more, they delivered!

The bathroom was dirty. I had to clean the bathroom myself by my own supplies and clean it. And I told them that they'd offer to give me a clean room. They just said oh okay

I would not recommend this property. When we got to the hotel, the check in staff was nice and friendly. I felt welcomed. Fast forward, we get to the elevators to go to our room, and only 2 out of 3 are working but we didn't have to wait long. We get to our room and it was nasty. VERY nasty! The bathroom was dirty. The blue blanket on the bed was stained. The room had a bad smell. It was just bad. I called the front desk and no one answered. So at this point, we are frustrated. I went to Walmart to purchase cleanly supplies so that I could FEEL like I was in a clean space for the time being. Fast forward to check out day- housekeeping knocks loudly on the door (while do not disturb sign us hanging from the door) and when my bf answered, she said "oh, I'm sorry". Then we head to check out we wait 20 mins from the 12th floor for an elevator. Finally, when it gets to us, we squeeze on there with other families. The elevator literally stop on every level until we got to the 1sr floor with families waiting on each level. Only to find out that only ONE elevator out of 3 are working. Lastly, I get to the front desk to check out, and the staff working it is arguing with another family, because they were also expressing how unhappy they were with their stay. The check out staff was SUPER RUDE all to the point where I didn't feel comfortable to even tell them about my stay because they were mad at the other family. Don't book this hotel.

The desk staff were awesome at Check in/out. However the shower had very little water pressure. The bathroom electrical outlet didn't work. The beds are hard as a rock. Which made for tossing and turning all night. However the room was very clean and tidy.

The staff were very professional and helpful. There was some confusion on the Starbucks coffee. I was a little surprised that there was no continental breakfast offered. I had no idea the pools/spa were being worked on. The last two nights there were a lot of people cussing at each other.

Our room was clean and very nice. The heated pools were great for a winter beach get away. We will go back in the summer as the outdoor pools look perfect for the kids. We booked an ocean view but only have a partial ocean view from our room. So just be sure you receive the correct room type at check in.

I like that the property was neat and clean. Safe and fun environment for family and friends get away.
