拉薩德勒小屋飯店(Laxardalur Cabin)

We had the absolute pleasure of staying the past two nights at Laxardalur Cabin and it was phenomenal! The drive in is about 11km of well marked gravel road full of twists and turns and sheep. It made for an exciting entrance as you didn’t know who or what you would see! When we arrived, we were amazed by the beauty of the surroundings both outside and inside the cabin. To say this is a luxury cabin is an understatement. It is meticulously maintained and well equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. You can tell there has been a lot of thought and planning into creating a space for guests to truly enjoy. I would highly recommend this cabin. The location was perfect for visiting both Husavik and Myvatn, and from our drive out today, I would say Akureyri too. Thank you to the lovely owners for a wonderful stay!!

Le studio est très bien aménagé, tout est propre et très joli. Un petit bémol pour l emplacement: la Guesthouse se trouve en pleine nature à 40 minutes de husavik, au bout d un chemin de terre de 13 kms. Je pense qu il est important de le savoir

Le gîte le plus luxueux et décoré de façon moderne dans un endroit reculé, au calme. Excellent accueil de la part du gentil chien de la maison voisine! Tout était parfait, rien à redire, que du bonheur.

Wir waren leider nur für eine Nacht dort. Aber es ist der perfekte Ort um mal richtig abzuschalten. Ausstattung des Zimmers läst nichts zu wünschen offen.

Excellent hébergement, accueil sympathique, équipement complet. Parfait pour un séjour au calme dans la nature !

Clean modern cabin in an isolated setting yet close enough to Husavik and Myvatn lake. I have an interest in farming and tending animals in the unique setting of iceland. The owners went out of their way to answer all my questions about their sheep farm, the cost of energy, and more. Very welcoming and friendly people.

The hostess was a real gem and helped us after a long day! I would highly recommend staying here - a little bit hard to find in a lovely valley but well worth it.

This guesthouse was one we stayed at for 2 days. I would highly recommend you stay here multiple days. It is a drive from Myvatn and it is so worth it for the lovely property and friendly owner! after battling the tourist crowds at every attraction, this is the piece and quiet you want to relax!
