we booked thru trip.com from 19-22 Oct 22 deluxe room but after we check in hotel room then we realised there’s no city view is directly facing the residences and is very close to each other worst is only a black curtain no layering curtain which means we have to draw the curtain closed everyday without any sunlight so we check with front desk they advised us to upgrade and we paid 450,000 rupiah for 3 nights to a city view deluxe room ( higher rate as we paid directly to the hotel but if thru trip.com we can get a better rate! Upon my check in to our new upgrade room I checked all our pillows bedsheet mattress protector is was super dirty and full of yellow stains which I couldn’t take it I requested the housekeeping must change all of it and he gave me 2 small new pillows took it out from the plastic bag….I rejected to use the quilt blanket instead we asked for clean bed sheet as our blanket for our 3 nights stayed ! So upholstery all SETTLED ! then realised the washing basin tap was bursting water like fountain and the mechanic came to repaired it and toilet bowl was leaking water all over so cut the story short after all settled …. first night after our dinner we came back the internet was super lag and the wifi auto log us out and have to every-time need to key in even the tv too suddenly black out it was very frustrated until our last night I couldn’t take it anymore I called reception he send their technician came to see and told us he will come back in 10 mins time but MIA then I was very furious told the reception he need to solve this out and finally he gave us the room in #20-32 and the wifi super fast I was so happy at least I can browse my FB IG or watch my YouTube after that we went to bed and then around 2.40am someone open our room door but luckily we locked the door and the door ledge so my hubby shouted at him but we didn’t open the door and my hubby called reception asked them to see their CCTV who open our room door
and the guy who open our door came up and apologise to us giving his crap excuses he make a mistakes thought our room is not occupy etc etc so we suspected the hotel staff sleep on the top floor with strong wifi! Worst part is this guy who open our door is the one help us to our new room and how can he said he mistaken that our room is available no guest ! I felt something very fishy and my sleep was being disturb till this morning 6am I fall asleep so I decided to write a long bad review about what happened during my stay ! last night 21/10/23 my hubby called for room service for beer and the room service staff told him the bottle size cost 550,000 rupiah but when they came is a tiny can of beer and told him us 70,000 rupiah they are very dishonest way to cheat ! Their room are very dusty that I need to used wet wipes to clean all the tables, telephone etc etc before we want to put our things down … we brought our swimming costumes plan to go to the pool to have some dips but noticed the pool water was translucent not clear water seem dirty so give it a miss
morning breakfast the cafe looked cupboard chairs all looked very old
and 3 mornings the breakfast all the same dishes especially the pastries it seem like everyday can’t finish they keep it and next morning took it out to serve not much variety compared to Aston Gideon just opposite IBaloi their spread super good and yummy and they are 3* hotel so I don’t think this Nagoya mansion and residences deserved this 4* rating is a prank !
