我們在這家酒店住了一晚。 。 。所有的工作人員都很友好，很有禮貌。 。 。體麪的早餐。 。 。不斷清理臟盤子。 。 。房間寬敞乾淨。 。 。廁所很乾凈，但我發現淋浴區略小。 。 。位置很好。 。 。 2個步行距離商場，靠近酒店。 。 。 BCS mall n Grand Batam mall。 。 。步行5分鐘到商場。 。 。過馬路到大巴淡島可能需要一段時間。 。 。在退房時，他們退還了我們留在房間裏的手機充電器。 。 。 Shld去Reborn做按摩n足部反射療法。 。 。肯定會回來再呆在這裏。 。 。

我很喜歡BCC酒店的地點真的非常方便我去A2 food court吃東西和走路去兩間大型購物廣場和小商店就在附近走路幾步就到，除此以外我住了四天吃的早餐都很豐富，每天都要驚喜的早餐，不錯吃如果你不要求很高 ，除此之外這裏的游泳池很大很清潔因為沒有很多人在游。 這間酒店的唯一缺點就是有些骯髒，打掃的員工好像沒有受過訓練，隨便打掃🧹如果你很愛乾淨可能它不適合你。 你如果選擇了這間酒店記得一定要帶自己的毛巾，被單，枕頭套，和熱水壺過來，因為這些東西雖然有在酒店可是會讓人搖頭，總得來說它雖然便宜可是我是愛乾淨的人，我下次不會再入住這間酒店 I really like the location of BCC Hotel, it's incredibly convenient for me to go to the A2 food court and walk to two large shopping malls and small shops nearby. Just a few steps away. In addition, I stayed for four days and had a rich breakfast every day, surprising me each time. It's good if you don't have very high expectations. Apart from that, the swimming pool here is large and clean as there aren't many people swimming. The only downside of this hotel is that it's a bit dirty, the cleaning staff seems untrained and does a casual job. If you're someone who values cleanliness, it might not be suitable for you. If you choose this hotel, make sure to bring your own towels, sheets, pillowcases, and kettle, as although these things are provided in the hotel, they might not meet your standards. Overall, it's affordable, but I'm a clean person and I won't stay at this hotel again next time.

Old dated hotel but can stay. Try booking using the hotel website. They will get back to you via whatapps. 395K for standard room. But it was fully booked. So recommended to take grand superior room at 475K IDR. It is manageable to walk to peniun market area and A2 food court and grand batam mall. About 10 mins +-. Gojek from Marriott hotel (gojek shelter) cost 26K IDR to this hotel. There is a specific go jek shelter pick up point nearby Marriott hotel area. Just need to keep a look out. If can should book artotel which is a newer hotel compared to hotel 89.

WiFi was very bad in the room, we were there for holidays yet the WiFi was always on & off till we need to switch to our own data while on the stay. Need to improve badly beside that all were well. The rooms are much more better than Gideon. Thank you.

Room had musty smell when entered and pillow smells. I understand that it's due to covid and hence businesses are on halt etc etc. However, to keep the high standard of a 4 stars hotel. I believe smells are a big no no 😳 and p/s: I didn't dare sleep cos of the smells and it somehow make me feel everything is yucky 😰 sorry

非常高效的入住和退房,因爲冰箱內的物品都是免費的。東方餐廳的b'fast和x'mas晚餐的工作人員非常細心,我們也和他們的安全和香港工作人員一起度過了愉快的經歷。酒店大堂可以提供送機服務,但您必須在酒店車道的車輛出口處從主幹道外“拿”一個。B'fast items,雖然與泰國的酒店相比,其品種並不高品質標準,房間價格含包。他們的X'mas晚餐一樣!位置好,去大巴坦商場只有S$2.50,在那裏可以過馬路到A2美食廣場和BCS商場。從巴坦中心到酒店的出租車在70KIDR是標準價將行李拖到離酒店較遠的環形交叉路口,總體來說,這是一次愉快的住宿體驗!

2021年2月22-27在Biz酒店參加了一個培訓課程。這是我第一次住這家酒店。我住的是708房的24-27/Feb(4D 3N),高級房有雙人單人牀,2平。第一印象不錯,乾淨,持續維護。所有的傢俱,牀,窗簾都很乾淨。有保存盒(不工作),但無所謂。直接看去四季酒店,佐多。我用功能室的名號觀察了這家酒店...獨特!我們在11樓吃早餐,這是非常好的地方,特別是在晚上,我們可以欣賞名古屋-約多地區的完美景色。食物供應簡單,但美味(咖啡,茶,雞蛋,烤麪包等)這是優點。酒店位於名古屋美食廣場的正前方,也是一個優勢。在大熊貓期間,我確信酒店也受到了房間佔用問題的影響,但我發現所有的員工都很親切,有禮貌,友好...接待員(可愛,平均身高女性戴眼鏡),還有On Job Training高中生,11樓的Maria(來自Flores)也溝通得很好。繼續你總體工作良好...!
