萊馬克套房飯店(Lymack Suites)

It was really terrible experience in Lymack suites I changed my room three times to avoid insects and lizards. It is very hot hotel with very poor kitchen equipments. No Smart TV , very poor internet connection Most of the staff are kind, one of them was very rude and she refused my request to talk to the manager. In the 10 days of my accommodation( I have already make the payment) they informed me that they cancelled providing water, soap, water toilet, tea, sugar. It is really not recommended hotel.

We checked into the Lymack suites after more than a 20 hr flight on the 30th of November 2023@3am. Lymack happened to be very convinient for the night before we proceeded to our destination. The front desk staff was awesome but a rude shock awaited us, as soon as we checked into our room. My husband and i were so tired and all we wanted was a quick shower and some sleep. However the comfort was disrupted by the sight of roaches on the kitchen floor, living room , bedroom and some crawling on the bathroom walls as well as cabinets. It was an unbelievable sight i must say. I immediately called the front desk and the best they could do was bring up some Bug spray which i gladly took. We sprayed the room as we showered hoping we would not step out to more critters. This is a big NO NO for suites that market themselves the way that they do. I expressed my disappointment to the staff next day making suggestions that should be forwarded to Management. LYMACK should make it a complete priority to fumigate their property regularly and ensure inspections before checking their clients in. What a shame.

Serene environment and professional staff plus spacious Suites . Massage service, Cleaniless, Gym, Swimming pool with enough parking space. Speed WiFi, The location is perfect and professional security personnel.

I was looking for a place to spend a Weekend with my Family. I was advised to visit Lymack suites by a friend from Nairobi. We did manage to reach the place. And, I have to admit from the time we arrived the management was very kind and professional . The rooms are well taken care of and the the staff was very responsive to all our concerns. But i prefer to find things out for my self and for me Lymack suites was very worth . Also, there food are amzing. very well made . Give all Lymack all your money. you will enjoy the experience.

The place is well organized, clean and awesome. I loved the place. It was a great experience to be there and I can recommend the place to friends, family and other corporates. May you maintain the levels of cleanliness.

The rooms are very clean, with amazing design, the balcony has a good view and fresh air, the beddings are clean pure white with fluffy comfortable pillows,more than enough for a family/couple, lymack suite you are just amazing.

Safest place for people from diaspora, good rates . security is perfect for both parents and children, and not to mention the good fresh food from their kitchen. And they serve traditional uji,I mean this is home away from home

Best hotel ever...I loved the quiet environment and the beautiful interiors of the suites. The have courteous, efficient and friendly staff. The food especially the pork was so nicely done. I would recommend Lymack Suites to everyone.

It was an amazing experince here at Lymack Suites and Gardens. The hospitality was amazing and the people were very friendly. The food was splendid ! The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable.
