It was my first time to stay EKA. I arrived 8 hours before check-in time, having made a booking for one night. Unfortunately, my connection flight was on the same day, meaning that I wasn't spending a night in the Hotel. So grateful to have been allowed early check-in at no additional cost. A plus on flexibility of hotel management. Staff were generally warm, professional and willing to help. I will certainly be back!

Nice hotel, 20 minutes drive (outside of rush hour) to Jomo Kenyatta Airport. Quiet and relaxing swimming pool area. To recommend

Das EKA Hotel ist okay.
Die Zimmer werden schnell und sofort gereinigt wenn das Schild zur Reinigung vor der Tür hängt.
Das Personal ist freundlich aber nicht unbedingt schnell wenn es um auffüllen der Speisen geht.
Das Essen am Abend war nicht mein Geschmack. Zu lange gar.
Ansonsten passt alles dort

My stay was wonderful however the concierge broke the wheel of my luggage without telling me. He kept trying to jam my luggage into the trunk of the car and then put it in the front seat after I asked him. I didn’t realize the damage to my luggage until I arrived to the security checkpoint. I have to purchase a new piece of luggage when I arrive in Kisumu.

L'hôtel est tres beau à l'extérieur comme à l'intérieur.
Le personnel est tres serviable, à l'écoute, très gentil (mention spéciale pour Charles).
Tres propre et spacieux.
Petit bemol, dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de pommeau de douche dans la salle de bain. Sinon tout le reste est impeccable

Great location pre/post safari - near the airport and quick access to the highway which takes you towards the Masai Mara.
Rooms spacious and clean
Good facilities with pool/gym, and several options for food/drink within the hotel.
Also less than 5 minutes walk away to a local mall, for pharmacies, a supermarket, few restaurants etc.
Would stay again

Nicer newer property. Good service and comfort for the price except for the unusual heat in the lobby and restaurant area. I think they were having a problem with the power because not even the elevators were always operational. Still, they carried our bags up stairs and did everything they could to help with these conditions

Good location for access to the expressway, convenient for airport. Very friendly, kind and helpful staff. Well equipped rooms and the hotel itself is set into tranquil gardens.
