I booked a 1 room unit (near parking/reception) for a 5 night stay at Woodmere. I had second thoughts when a woman in the opposite unit endlessly ranted and shouted till around midnight. I reported this occurrence as it was impacting my stay. For the next 4 nights l was moved to a suite overlooking the swimming pool - a much nicer, more comfortable and spacious apartment with a balcony - without any extra charge being incurred. I extended my stay a further 2 nights when offered the reduced rate of $100 US for the extra 2 nights. I had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. Thanks especially to Nelly and Mark at reception for your professionalism and kindness. Thanks also to the maid Betty. Thank you Woodmere! I highly recommend you.

Woodmere is a home away from home. Right from the gate, you're greeted by a symphony of colors and fragrances, courtesy of the meticulously maintained flowers and plants. The apartments themselves are spacious, well-designed, and thoughtfully appointed. From cozy studios to expansive penthouses, there's a range of options to suit different lifestyles and preferences. Each unit features contemporary furnishings, high-quality appliances, and ample natural light, creating an inviting atmosphere for residents to relax and unwind.

The place is a hidden gem innNairobi. Love their heated pool, their spa, sauna and gym and comfy apartments. The staff are very friendly and always at your service. I would recommend it to.anyone looking for a place in Nairobi. The close proximity to yaya mall is a plus

Je suis ici depuis 7 mois , le personnel est extraordinaire, serviable et disponible 24/24 et 7/7. Le lieu est un peu animé la journee mais le soir il est très tranquille. Piscine chauffee , salle de sport. Tes arboré c est un oasis au milieu de kilimani.

Woodmere is a great place to be,friendly workers too.The rooms are exceptional and environment is amazing. They also offer room service,pool,sauna and other services es that might interest you. It's location is great as you can get easy access to restaurants,bars,pharmacies, supermarket and malls

We booked a 4 bedroom penthouse,but we were checked into a 2 bedroom which had a mouldy smell and not clean at all,towels had a mouldy smell and the beddings were not clean,i requested a refund since we had paid a price of a penthouse and i was told they would get back to me but never heard anything,super disappointed.front office staff were very friendly though.I never write reviews but i would hope woodmere would do the right thing and follow up like they said they would.

Walking distance to everything; shopping malls, hospital..name them. The staff are just amazing. I Also loved the Swahili furniture in the room. I enjoyed the heated pool and Oh! The flower garden is just amazing.best stay ever and I will definitely visit again soon
