我們離開內羅畢前的一天住的房子，離機場不太遠。我喜歡沿着去肯尼亞紅十字會的路線行進。如果你在內羅畢開會，就很難想出比總統套房更好的地方了。大空間，二個人的按摩浴缸，桑拿，休閑區，會議/餐飲區，卧室。午餐在他們的自助餐廳有很多選擇並且晚餐在樓下餐廳是很符合我們在肯尼亞的期待，很大部分。這感覺很好，知道路線要去哪裡。

Overall it was ok. Pros, good location, the staff are friendly and the room is decent. Cons, the reception is inefficient and check in takes longer than it should. It’s like we are first customer that has ever checked in. Lots of confusion. My ac did not work. I had to call 3 times to reception before someone turned up. They said the ac does not work here. Did not bother to check anything because it seem normal for the ac not to work. I told him it’s very hot in this room and I can’t sleep. Also ac is basic especially if you are calling yourself a 5 star hotel. He shrugged and said I can get you a fan. Got very little sleep and I think they don’t service the ac to save on electricity. It’s a poor attitude from the management especially for a “5 Star” hotel. It’s more like a 3 star. Better places to go for the same price. Will not return.

個人覺得還不錯，雖然酒店有點老，但是仍然很乾凈，每間房裡都是套房形式，一間卧室和一個小客廳，有舒服的沙發和可供吃東西的小餐桌，布局合理，更令人滿意的是，可以加牀，而且免費的，性價比超高，帶着大小童的家庭會睡的比較舒適

酒店離yaya center很近，走路三百米. 裡邊有中餐和超市，酒店房間牀單不舒服，不幹凈，雖然這已經算不錯的酒店了，酒店員工熱情，打車去國家公園也不遠，wifi免費，市內太堵車，比南非差太多。
