Asked for a upgrade to a king size bed but didn’t acknowledge because i booked through ******* even though its not busy. Room was freezing. Took about well over a hour to warm up room. Trying to save a buck i guess. Doesn’t surprise me a bit.

It’s right downtown so the location is convenient, the hotel inside is very clean, rooms were clean, and the Breakfast Nook which is the I house restaurant has great food! They have limited secure underground parking, which was nice as well but not a lot of spots available. So be sure to check in early enough to get one

Clean, free underground parking, nice large rooms, fast WiFi, overall good experience except there is nothing fun to do around but that’s more so the city and not the hotel

This place has a few issues, not in the best part of town to begin with. Floor was a cold laminate. the room was situated over top of a daycare with screaming toddlers in the yard all day.

We had a very nice stay. The hotel is fairly new and looked great. Secure parking. Clean and attractive rooms. The staff was great. We ate breakfast twice in the restaurant in the lobby, and the food was good and affordable. Within walking distance of several other restaurants and bars. If I get back to Nanaimo I would choose this Quality Inn again.

Hotel tout neuf. Très propre. Grand bonus, pas de moquette dans les chambres, ce qui est très rare au Canada. J'ai fait plus de route pour y revenir et dormir au meme endroit sans payer une somme folle!
