Overall a good hotel with a very friendly staff. I will definitely stay here again. Also one of the better hotel breakfasts I’ve had. The overall feel of the hotel was very dark and could use some better lighting and lighter colors but they are also remodeling so it might be better in the near future.

Overall, our experience was good. The rooms are outdated, and our air conditioner did not work at all. They are remodeling the hotel, and it will be nice once it's done because the rooms are dated and need repair. The beds were comfortable, and the location is perfect. The breakfast was nice and tasty, but they are eliminating that once the remodel is done.

Very nice staff- kept checking in to make sure everything ok and what they could do to help make our stay enjoyable. Received a complimentary bottle of wine. Able to get food delivered to room despite a pretty bad wind storm/rain. Enjoyed our stay!!

We enjoyed our stay. It was very quiet due to being so close to Chris**as but that made it nice. Our room was quite a hike from the main lobby and overlooked the roof but other than that we really appreciated the complimentary breakfast and happy hour! The lobby is beautiful - love the fireplace, and the courtyard pond is so quaint (especially the swan and ducks swimming around)!!

The property is a bit dated, and you notice some age-related issues, plumbing, etc. The mattresses were not very comfortable. However, the location is great and the breakfast/happy hour is really nice to have. The rooms are pretty large, and there are some nice amenities on the property. Overall I still do like this hotel in the area and will probably stay again.

Beautiful hotel, we loved the garden theme with the duck pond, indoor and outdoor swimming poor, and the complimentary breakfast was very nice. The room I stayed at has a king bed, garden view, plus a sizable sofa bed, my 11 year old enjoy having her space and a comfortable bed. We were also gifted a free wine, plus the location is 5 mins away from the Napa Premium Outlet, and 7 miles away from Youngtville where you can find great restaurants, so the location of this hotel is prime. The cost is a bit high, I paid about 600 for my one night stay, if I can book it for a lower rate I would stay there again. Overall thumbs up on my experience.

For the price, you would expect something a lot less run down. I know they are finally going to start renovations this year, but for the rooms they have now, the price is ridiculous. The room was 'clean enough' but had an off smell. "Free" breakfast was lackluster, so we wound up eating elsewhere. Parking at $23 a night was steep, considering the basic room was already close to $400 they could include parking for hotel guests, it's just a large self-park lot. Other than a decent location, there was nothing very exciting about this property. While I think the renovations will help, I am betting they are going to make their rates even higher, and this property is just not worth the cost with so many other options in the area. Staff was nice enough, but really just average for service (woman at check-in talked so fast with a thick accent I honestly didn't know what she was saying most of the time), a lot of road noise could be heard inside room, not much to do on property,"living room area" was very run down so stayed in bedroom side only as the sofa and tables looked wobbly. Mini fridge would not get cold and had a bad smell. Step above a motel stay, but at prices that don't match. If you charge almost $400 a night (no matter the location), I expect some amenities and excellent service, not a motel-type stay. Overall, a very disappointing stay. Also during my stay, they turned off the hot water for about 10 hours (planned) but with no discount offered for the inconvenience.

Room is outdated and needs renovation. Day time room temperature was 64F, but no heating. AC was set at natural, that means no cooling or heating. Really very cold. Asked for a heater, but never came. Our room is right next to a busy road, very noisy, too.
