卡波迪蒙特別墅文化飯店(Culture Hotel Villa Capodimonte)

Very beautiful and good location. On the top of hill. Amazing view. It’s a quite safe area compare to other part of Napoli. Bathtub with hot water. Very clean and good service. Yummy food in the restaurant. I will stay here again in the future. Thank you! 🙏

As for the location of the hotel, it's great. If you stay overnight in your own car, the roads are narrow and it can be quite nerve-wracking.

I don’t know where to start - this hotel was terrible, the worst hotel experience our family has ever experienced. We arrived after driving through a very sketchy neighborhood at the top of a hill, the chaos began when we were put in the wrong room, so had to switch rooms, went to dinner and left early because there were bugs crawling on the table cloth and napkins, went back to our room to shower and the shower doors don’t have seals, so they flood the bathroom floors, the exterior windows didn’t seal so we could hear everyone outside, the blinds only close 2/3 of the way so they wouldn’t cover up the windows, the light switches are ancient and overall the hotel is out of date and needing a massive face lift. To top off our terrible stay the front desk called us an early morning airport taxi and failed to mention the fact that our family of 5 had 4 large suitcases and 2 carryons! So we were forced to sit on laps all the way to the airport since we didn’t have time to call another taxi! What a huge disappointment for our last night in Italy! Don’t stay here!

Hôtel carente e cadente; camere con infiltrazioni, doccia che inondava sistematicamente il bagno; aria condizionata degli anni ‘80; personale sommario, inadeguato e per lo più incompetente. Unica nota positiva il ristorante, qualitativo.

We felt safe, the hotel was gated. Not much to do around the hotel. The lobby had a huge hole in the ceiling. The rooms had velvet walls and were VERY dated. Think Graceland. Beds not comfortable. Only a sheet fir a blanket. Bathroom needed deep cleaning. Mildew around the tile.

This place is straight from the 90s. It was clean and beds were comfortable, room was large for the 2 double and twin beds. But, the lights kept going on and off, remote broken and not fixed, broken spots in wall in bathroom, old and needing replaced vanity due to damage. The power also went out 3 times. They kept moving our rental car - maybe so people didn’t see it? You also had to get out of your car to hit the button and ask them to open the gate leaving and arriving. I would not stay here again.

Torno sempre volentieri in questo hotel, lo trovo molto confortevole e pulito. Ha un ottimo ristorante, la colazione propone una scelta varia a abbondante. Molto comodo il parcheggio, gratuito, all'interno della struttura. Consigliato per una visita al Palazzo Museo di Capodimonte e al Real bosco, raggiungibili agevolmente anche a piedi.

Do not ever Book a room at this place! I was trying to book a room for Naples Florida and did not realize that ******* took me to Naples Italy! I realize that after I booked it and neither ******* nor this motel would refund my money. I tried to correct the mistake right after I booked it and spent nearly an hour trying to undo so. ******* claims that this property would not respond back to them. if you should even consider to stay here, consider this unfortunate and unfair Experience!
