Great nice location and a close walk to many sites.

They gave away our room . They called when I was an hour away from the hotel to let me know. They put us in a hotel outside of town. We had plans downtown and wanted to stay downtown. We miss our concert as it took 2 hours to check into the mega hotel they put us in.

Only stayed two of the six days due to hotel issues. Power, no food service, no halos water etc. very disappointed with our stay. We left .

Great Location. But the hotel needs some TLC, the walls have damage and have not been repainted so the fixes are highly visible. The morning breakfast is great. There is no parking available except for the Vallet. Which is 50 USD a night. The lot across the street is 37 USD however you have to reset your meter before it runs out otherwise it needs to be rescanned.

A bit hard to find the hotel in the dark when arriving. Not your typical hotel entrance! But, once you do find it, everything was delightful. The room was nice, loved having a kitchen, even though we only used the fridge.

At Check in, Yakima helped us and was fabulous. Very helpful, bright and cheery. Our stay was very good. It was not until check out that I was disappointed. At check, the girl (I did not get her name) was quick to check us out, but I told her I wanted to use a different card for our stay. She took the card and acted like she was charging it, but come to find out she just kept the charge on the card I used to book the room, which I did NOT want it on because it wiped out my bank account. Overall our visit was good. A nice clean hotel

Nice hotel, walking distance from Broadway. Delicious Mexican restaurant right next to the hotel. We liked it

The hotel was clean and sleek. I liked that our room was big… we had plenty of space.
