Will I trust reviews again? NO! How is this property a part of Wyndham? It’s such a shame that I didn’t review the location and history of this motel before booking. It’s simply an extended stay motel, recently repainted to look more modern. The staff was nice but let’s just say they all hate their jobs. The interior of the room smelled like mold and sewage! There were cockroaches and small knats everywhere! The sheets and towels were clean but it doesn’t help to shower when you wake up with cockroaches crawling on the walls of your room. All the walls has cracks and discoloration from what appeared to be water damage. The television didn’t work at first because apparently it was a “new” tv, so I had to ask for a “new” remote, twice. The a/c was old, smelled of mildew and was extremely loud, so to cool down the room at night you had to endure hours of loud buzzing. The surroundings were clean but the entire area smelled of sewage and almost everyone who “lives” there sat outside their room on a chair smoking or drinking. On the last day, we woke up at 8am with a knock on our door at 9:15am from housekeeping trying to kick us out when checkout was at 11. I kept telling her no, we are not ready, yet she kept speaking Spanish and ignoring me, so I just closed the door on her until we decided to leave. The location was close everything however the neighborhood was very sketchy and numerous homeless men would ask my daughter and myself for money every time we walked to our car.

The first room we were put in the door did not close all the way so any small animal could have come in. We were given another room that was not much better but at least on second floor. Did not realize when I booked that this is an outside entry motel room. Area hotel was in allowed for a lot of questionable security issues. Room was clean though and fixtures appears to be newer and in good shape. Bed was very uncomfortable with springs poking me

We stayed for three nights. We arrived at the property at 2 PM and were told our room was not ready. We left and came back at 5 pm and our room was ready. We got the keys and walked to the room. The door was ajar (open) and facing a parking lot. It turns out that the door does not shut properly. It was really hot so we headed to the pool, only to find that the pool had not been cleaned in weeks and was filled with green algae. During our stay there was never maid service to clean the room or change the towels. When we went to check out at 5 AM to get to the airport, there was no one manning the front desk. We left the keys in the room, as we had to catch a plane. The management called me at 4 PM after we had landed to ask if we were going to check out. Terrible hotel and poorly run

It was close to the airport and reasonably close to Nashville attractions. The rooms and lobby had nice musical themes. The breakfast was a bit underwhelming.

Man kommt gut in die Downtown. Das Hotel ist einfach aber sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich

Muy accesible a pie y en transporte. Tiendas de conveniencia y restaurantes muy cerca.

Staff great, room so so, I understand hotel under new roof renovation, but complicated to get to room. Poor breakfast
