納什維爾威斯汀飯店(The Westin Nashville)

Biren at the front desk when checking in was very helpful allowed us to get to our room early. It was my birthday we got a drink pass. He helped with a dinner reservation Husks and Adele's both were very good. Starbucks coffee at the Hotel. A pleasant check in experience

The hotel had a last minute, unannounced fire alarm test at 10am and a random room change due to shutting off hot water on our floor, with no empathy nor care from the staff. There were no accomodations nor appropriate adjustments given or upgrade. Also loud maid service knocking on doors starting at 8:30am, even if it wasn't our door - still woke us up . Wouldn't stay again nor recommend.

I like that it was in walkimg distance to a nice jazz bar called Rudy's. I didnt like that housekeeping came into our room starting at 8 ish in the morning and then back at 9 ish in the morning. I had to finally put the do not disturb sign on the door of which they ignored and came back again at 11am and opened the door. I am a bonviy member and paid for extra time on check out. Coming in our room that many times starting at 8am is ridiculous. Check out is 11. At least give us until that time to enjoy the room and pricacy of a room.

Beautiful hotel, great location and very friendly/helpful staff. My only complaint is that they charge you for everything!! No free Wi-Fi (unless you are a member). No fridge in room (just overpriced mini bar) and a crappy small hair dryer in bath. No “value-added” at this hotel.

When arriving at this hotel we were charged upon check in when we were told we wouldn’t be charged in full until we check out. When we arrived to the room our drawer on our in table was broken upon arrival, AC didn’t work well, cracks on the ceilings, and overall the only great thing about the hotel was the view. The pool was a heavy disappointment when it was the size of a small bedroom and it was only open for one day during our entire stay. The pool allows no room for sunlight if you want to sunbath and no room for seating unless you have a group of 5 or more and can pay $500 to rent some seating.

Beautiful hotel and A/C in the room doesn’t work well at all we were hot the cold and had it turned down and it just kept waking us up through the night ! We stayed an extra night and didn’t want to pack up the room so we just stuck it out 😪

Beautiful property. Pool is definitely for aesthetic more than anything, very small area. The room was nice with comfortable beds and bedding. Easy to walk to all the activities on Broadway and the Gulch.

The convenience of all the establishments Me and the Mrs's wanted to go to. Our room was nice and comfy, staff very hospitable.

I would not stay here again. The staff were unhelpful, unknowledgeable, and disinterested. There was no bellhop, the people at the front desk seemed like it was their first day, and whoever took room service orders had zero familiarity with their own menu. Every day they got the orders wrong and the person on the phone seemed to not understand English. There was no chlorine in the pool. When we asked to get a measurement of chlorine levels for our own safety after noticing a concerning order, our requests were ignored. Overpriced for lack of service, lack of amenities, below average overall. Should not be rated 4*
