Rauhallinen resortti, jonka etuna on ranta sekä laguunin että meren puolella. Näin löytyi aina tuulensuojainen puoli. Henkilökunta on ystävällinen. Hotellissa ei ole varsinaista ravintolaa, vain aamiaishuone ja rantabaari. Läheltä löytyy neljä ravintolaa ja pari kahvilaa, joten vaihtoehtoja ei ole runsaasti. Paikat olivat kuitenkin ihan ok.

Litt skuffer over at vi måtte vente på at rommet ble klart når vi opprinnelig skulle sjekket inn dagen før vi kom. Det var svært dårlig internett på rommet. Rommet er romslig, men utdatert. Veldig fint hotellområdet med privat strand med internett.

The room was very tight, the bed was hard and the toilets not eco friendly. Worse, the walls were paper thin and the rest of the guests and staff totally inconsiderate. We heard the rumbling of cleaning crew carts, people talking loudly, children's tantrums, all by 7am. We have had 3 kids and knew to be considerate of others by keeping them quiet, moving them away from others, etc. Make sure you get an upper room facing the lagoon of forget having a relaxing morning.

I absolutely loved my stay at Sandyport Beach Resort, felt safe, welcomed and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, as this was a solo trip. I ADORED the Staff - and I cannot wait to go back by June as I promised them. If I needed car service, they took care of it for me and made sure I felt safe. The food and drink option are endless, this resort definitely did not disappoint - EXCELLENT!

Sandyport Beach Resort is very well designed and attractive. It is far from the bustle of downtown and the cruise ships, but accessible by bus or cab. And walkable to multiple good restaurants and grocery shopping. We loved the public beach, easy to get to quickly by a road underpass, always loungers available. There also was a big pool area and a second canal-side beach. We chose a canal view porch room and loved the view of trees, water and pretty homes across the canal. We ate breakfast on the porch. The staff were the nicest I ever encountered. The room was spacious and well appointed with a few signs of wear (kitchen chairs a bit too saggy, a few marks on the walls and tiles, a shower door that did not fully close). But I would still have to call it luxurious: full of nice towels, well decorated. The on-site concierge has plenty of tours to offer and I had an incredible massage in the gazebo at the end of the pier at the beach. We especially enjoyed dinner at the Poop Deck, and two other restaurants all within walking distance were cozy and fun. Oh, I also appreciated the multitude of hammocks spread out scross the property for short snoozes.

I really enjoyed the resort and access to the Marina Village for necessities/dining and the quiet beach with a relaxing area for guests. Restaurants, on the beach, are also delightful. The staff are all very friendly and helpful at the resort. I had no problem getting to the nearby sites of Baha Mar, downtown and Paradise Island. Yet on returning back for the day, enjoying the peacefulness that the Sandyport Resort provides. I look forward to a return stay when visiting Nassau.

Good facilities, close to the beach, peaceful and not very crowded. Staff were very helpful. Would recommend lagoon view suites
