巴哈瑪 SLS 飯店(SLS Baha Mar)

Absolutely amazing hotel, everything was so clean. The amount they have at the resort is amazing as well as being able to access the water park. Restaurant choice is also amazing and great service from all of them. Would highly recommend this hotel!! 5 stars all the way

Good location

I was please surprised by this property. It is so clean, the staff was so nice and helpful. The were many choices for food. The Cleo buffet was amazing and the tuna poke bowls from the small restaurant on the ***** were great for lunch. There were so many pools and beach areas to choose from depending on the vibe you wanted. Great for a group traveling together.

I have to be totally honest, it did not quite meet the standard. The rooms are over priced and the breakfast options were too as I was served powdered eggs like in a school cafeteria. Was disappointed to be greeted with an attitude at the front desk. In addition to the exorbitant resort fees and mandatory sizable gratuities, the staff seemingly had their hand out in anticipation of more tips for everything. Not exactly my cup of tea for the cost paid and the quality received.

We absolutely loved everything about the SLS Baha Mar Nassau! The property is immaculate and so gorgeous. All the restaurants and bars were excellent. Most of all…the people, the employees are outstanding and so nice. They go above and beyond for you. My only negative is the cost of everything. There are taxes, resort fees daily and it all adds up so quickly! We are seasoned travelers and have never seen so many add on’s or outrageous prices for food. Just know that before booking! We would definitely return but would bring our own snacks and maybe go off resort to eat dinners.

Very nice property, ****** is centrally located between the three hotels. There are a variety of pools with atmospheres from calm and quiet to family centric to party time. There are various restaurants and food options. All are a bit overpriced for what you get. Gratuity is included but labeled as "service charge" just FYI

The front desk staff were wonderful. Our room wasn't ready at 4 (although it should have been at 3). They were going to contact us when it was ready while we waited. 4:30 - no update 5:00 - no update 5:30 we went to the front desk and no update, and finally they found other rooms 1. The resort charge is very high 2. The final charge was more than quoted by ******* when I booked the two rooms. The fitness center closes at 8 pm - not much time to use it since we couldn't check in until 30 minutes before a dinner reservation.

I was paying a premium price for a room and expected nicer accommodations. The room was small, there were no amenities (robes, turn down), the shampoo and soap dispensers in the bathroom were empty, and the bed on legs invited multiple stubbed toes. The furniture on the balcony was mismatched and heavily used. Food trays were left in the hallway for more than 12 hours. The pool was too small and crowded, and my husband experienced diarrhea after a meal in one of the restaurants on site. All in all a most disappointing stay. Even at half the cost of the room, I would not have felt I was getting my monies worth. I have stayed in nicer roadside motels in the middle of nowhere.

The property is beautiful but the service from the front desk and concierge was horrible. The hotel was fully booked over the holidays and they could not handle the capacity. The mini fridge was broken for the duration of our stay. We had no furniture on our balcony and we placed on a waiting list to receive it, which never happened. Our room didn't have body wash or moisturizer until requested. The concierge was not able to find us a single dinner reservation anywhere on or off property, sent us 2 wrong reservations for different people and I'm still getting emails saying they are working on a reservation that was for a week ago. When I followed up they told me to go visit all the restaurants on the property every night and ask if they had any cancellations. For the price, this service should be 100x better. I would not recommend this hotel, especially during a holiday.
