特瑞姆城堡飯店(Trim Castle Hotel)

Overall, an ok hotel with a good (not great) restaurant. However, the rooms were very noisy due to a wedding with loud music. No warning was given regarding the potential fir thus type of event being held in a central area of the hotel whereby rooms above were impacted with loud noise.

Ne merite 4 etoiles que par son hall clinquant. La chambre executive n avait pas le balcon demandé, l interieur etait defraichi, pas de frigo, vibration de la musique d un mariage audible jusqu a 2 heures du mat malgre l attribution d une chambre "calme", et c. Seul le service affable de Thomas au petit dej etait a la hauteur. Pour pallier a tous ces desagrement, le general manager nous a royalement consenti une remise de 10% sur notre sejour... Bref, ok pour un 2 etoiles, pas pour un 4 etoiles, et rapport qualite prix deplorable !

Wedding event is going on during my stay, loud music bang the room for the whole night and only stop at 215am. Defeat the purpose of my gateaway from city. Overall service are ok except above.

Arrived to find our booking had not been put on the Hotels system, no rooms available as they were fully booked. We were found 2 rooms in another hotel , then back to this hotel for the 2nd night at 3pm in the afternoon . Wasted loads of time waiting around in reception for them to sort this out. They tried to make up for this with 1 room being upgraded an some Prosecco. Very apologetic, and admitted they were at fault after initially blaming ********** and I had reported this to ********** myself,but our weekend was totally spoilt by the dress and inconvenience caused by this.

The walls in this place are so thin I’ve never experienced this in my life. I was awoken at 1am to the couple in the next room getting intimate and was forced to experience their entire night with them. The next morning we could also listen to them chat away in bed. I expect this from a hostel but not a 4 star hotel. If I had kids I’d be more mad than I already was just losing out on a nights sleep. Which I feel bad even writing this review because the staff were so nice about when I brought it up the next day but at the end of the day having to listen to your neighbours moan until climax isn’t really acceptable either

Perfect perfect location to explore Trim and surrounding area. Plus - extremely nice rooms - with everything that is needed. Dinner at The Bailey was excellent too!!

We were only in Trim for one night but the hotel was excellent. Very comfortable and reasonably priced. Great view of Trim Castle.

Loved staying here!!! The staff are all incredibly kind and welcoming— and they made our stay very enjoyable. Loves being by the castle and hope to be able to come stay here again.

The hotel is situated in the centre of the town. The hotel is well presented and is very clean. We stayed in an Executive Double Room which had everything you would expect. We decided not to eat in the hotel and went down to the town to have a drink and a bite to eat. Overall Trim is a nice little country town that is a quiet relaxing spot to visit for a couple of nights.
