博蒙特萬豪萬怡飯店(Courtyard Beaumont)

I can't checked in because the electricity at the hotel was off. The hotel promised to do the refund so I left. But now they rejected the my request for refund. This is the WORST hotel ever.

Bed sheets were stained and had hair on them. No soap to wash hands with, room smelled like mildew, someone’s clothes hanging in the closet, carpet was stained and nasty, room was not cleaned. Ice machine was broken, pool was broken and green, the whole place smelled terrible. This is not a Marriott

Have to agree with the 2023-2024 reviews - terrible. An older property not properly maintained nor does it look like there is any adult supervision. Our first room had a rattling air conditioner. Our new room only had bath towels and no soap. Toilet made a racket. Hallways smell musty. Marriott really needs to intervene.

When I stepped into the hotel, I couldn’t tell that the AC was on in the main areas. The second floor was muggy and smelled humid. We walked past busted room doors and other deferred maintenance to our room, only to have the door key not work. This was fine with my party because we decided the second floor was not the place for us. We ended up getting a handicap accessible room on the first floor, and I feel terrible for the handicap person that actually needs this room. The door scraped across the floor as we struggled to open it all the way (it wanted to open 40%). The room smells humid, and no amount of cold air pumping out of the wall unit has taken that smell/feeling away. Bottom line: if you are planning your stay ahead of time, look elsewhere.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and I travel weekly. M. Marriott should be embarrassed. Absolutely horrid smell. The door to the room looked like it had been busted open. I mentioned this to the front desk and she said that it was because their “maintenance guys suck”. Fair enough, I agree with that at least. The Toilet doesn’t flush, carpet is filthy, comforters and sheets are stained. I only received one towel—no hand towels or wash rags or even a mat for outside of the gross shower. The trashcan had tissues and a used tampon in it. Fun. The room is very dark, which may be a blessing, and the few lights don’t even have covers. Not sure about the rooms on the second floor, but on the first floor it is incredibly loud from practically being a part of the highway. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.

Shower controls were backwards in my room. Shower had mold everywhere, roof had mold, multiple damaged, and broken areas of the hotel room.

Pure Dump! Mildew smell all over the property. Stains on comforter. Lock on balcony door was broken. Mildew on ceiling. Dirtt carpet. Light bulbs missing. Towels were dingy. No toilet paper. Cannot believe this is part of the Marriott brand!

The mold in this hotel is a safety hazard. Worst Courtyard I have ever stayed in.
