MCM雅典飯店及會議中心(Mcm Eleganté Hotel & Conference Center)

On arrival the lady at the front desk was rude. She was actually confronted by a member of staff in reference to her attitude. The staff member reminded her to use please and thank you when addressing customers. She said she wasn’t doing that. Then the room wasn’t the cleanest. It was rusted in the bathroom and around the closet. The cleanliness was very questionable. The best part of the stay was dealing with the staff in the restaurant. Most of them were very helpful. Will not go back to this hotel.

The Hotel room was dirty and out dated. Our remote control for the bedroom did not have batteries. The couches were uncomfortable and it was just dirty. The room is just outdated. We were not happy with how dirty the room was

The hotel was decent, but the beds were very small and the ac unit did not work well.

Average. Could have been cleaner but wasn't filthy. Could use renovation, broken fixtures in room and the building itself seems outdated. Friendly staff, ac/heater worked perfect and no problem with water pressure. Breakfast was nothing special

Everyone was so friendly and I felt so comfortable and safe. I would recommend anyone to visit and stay at the Elegante Hotel.

I'd be willing to call this hotel iconic, though I know very little about the Gulf Coastal Plain scene. It is not a posh hotel in the Four Seasons, Omni, Ritz kind of way. It has a character all its own (post-modern is what architectural historians would say, though that does not convey the full charm, nor the religious association of the hotel). All the basics were more than met (cleanliness, safety, amenities) so I was free to enjoy the ornament, decor, and neon signage at night.

The breakfast buffet was great. Room and bed was okay. Would have prefer a Queen bed instead of a double.

Everything they did was good, what was bad was *******. Never sent the reservation to them and made the check in bad.

Very pleased with the facility. Loved the place, the people, and the breakfast buffet.
