Good location

My niece had booked five rooms for an overnight stay, well in advance, of our holiday in Jamaica. They informed us that one of our rooms was out of service so we would only have four. 🚩 RED FLAG When we arrived there was no receptionist to be found, BAD customer service, you cannot do that job remotely! The helpful housekeeper had to call the receptionist to find out what was happening as they were not on site. Then too make matters worst only two rooms were ready at 4pm, and they were nit cleaned properly, although check in is at 2pm. We decided to leave and found a wonderful place elsewhere (review to follow). The beach was right next to the property so that was going to be missed. I would not recommend this property just for the awful customer service and the said lady saying she would decide whether she would still take the money if we decided to go elsewhere. BIG NO

I had to check out after 2 days. I booked for 5 days. Room was not cleaned and very unsafe. Constant fear for my life. Check the local media for details

served the purpose intended. booked just to sleep the night and travel the next day. I had a day pass for an all inclusive close by. It has a nice beach on the property with clear water and is very central. If your looking fancy it may not be for you but it has ac an hot water

Love this hotel. It is small therefore very personable..If you are looking for famcy and room service this is not the place for you..If you just want to chill and feel comfortable and stress free..book here..Accommodations are nice..the rooms are clean and of course the sea is beautiful.

We stayed in one of the deluxe rooms and had no problems. The room was updated, clean, and the air conditioner was nice and cold. The staff were nice and helpful. It’s steps from the beach, the shopping mall, and many restaurants. All in all, good value for the price.
