沙灘足跡飯店(Foote Prints on The Sands)

We have been going to Foote Prints for about seven years. It is basic, clean, the landscaping is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. Although the resort has been a little dated, with some needed work, after our last stay, they closed their doors for revamping of the entire property. Being told of the planned upgrades & facelift, we’re looking forward to again going early next 2023 season.

It is not fair for me to review this visit to Foote Prints. The hotel was closed for renovations and seems to have been for about 2 months, but nobody ever told me. Considering that fact, I was fortunate someone was there and made some calls, determined there was a goof-up and actually made a room ready for us for one night and for that I say, "thank you!"

this hotel has some of the WORST service ever, staff is very rude and un friendly, we called to book same day restorations and when we reached in the afternoon the check in host was so mean and really doesn't know how to talk to people - the rooms are old and need updating , restaurant is overpriced and food is horrible, the hotel has a nice beach but for the price they charge which is much too high its better to stay next door - staff need training

I really loved the friendly staff. I enjoyed the attempts they made to make our stay perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make Accommodations for my husband , my grandchildren, daughter and I. The beds were very comfortable and the room was quite spacious. All in all I really enjoyed our stay.

We have been there several times and it has always been an enjoyable stay. The front desk, as well as it’s staff, is very helpful. The property is dated but very well kept & clean.

When I arrived it was after checking time! Room wasn’t cleaned yet and when I did get my room I was told AC was broken! So I spent the first night with a fan! The room could use a lot of updating! I had kitchenette room with no pots pans or utensils! What I will say is the staff was nice and did try to do what they could to fix the issues.

The property has so much potential to be more. Fresh coat of paint would do wonders. The staff however, top notch on customers. Ms Diana in the kitchen and Ms Dawn in room service, those ladies fully understand the value of going above and beyond for guests.

It’s a basic room on the beach. First room was small with no aircon and the door was broken allowing bugs in. We suffered that night. We were moved to another room. We had four of us and the room they were going to move us to had only space for 3 so we had to buy additional room as they didn’t provide a proper room for 4 without bugs or air conditioning

Foote Prints is a small, cozy hotel near the center of 7 mile beach. I found the rooms to be quiet, comfortable and clean. The staff is very polite and helpful.
