我和丈夫在旅行者酒店所接受的優質服務給我留下了深刻的印象。抵達後,前台接待了一位愉快而高效的年輕女士。我們有點早,所以我們的房間還沒有準備好,但不用擔心我們可以在房子裏的餐館裏呆着,打發時間,在物業周圍散步。回到前台後,我們被護送到我們的房間,房間非常乾淨,有脆白色亞麻布和一塵不染的浴室。我立刻感到輕鬆,因爲我們不確定該期望什麼。我們選擇在預訂中包含早餐,並且對這個選擇感到非常滿意,廚師在牙買加早餐中發現了美味和鹹魚。遊客就在7英里的海灘上,所以我們可以獲得所有產品,然後還有一些。週三晚上,酒店的客人們受到了經理的雞尾酒接待,客人關係經理在她的歡迎中表現得非常有說服力,讓我們感覺很特別。演奏長笛的客人表演者在演奏牙買加雷鬼曲調時非常出色,我們非常喜歡這個...kudos給旅行者以這種方式思考他們的客人。我強烈推薦這家精品酒店,這裏的標準很高。這絕對是我回到內格里爾後去的酒店。

I usually come here with my family and this has been one of the worst experiences EVER!! The guest services at the front desk was very insulting with asking me if the person I came with is a part of my party! When asked for more towels I got the wrong set and also when I went to get it myself there was an extra wait time as none was on property. The bartender had a disgusting attitude I could puke my drink with his non friendliness, definitely will turn guests away. When checking out the way they were going on about their second key I’m like do they really think I would want to keep their second key the other person was on the beach when I was checking out and the way the guy at the front desk made it seem like I would like their key was SUCH a turnoff!!!! I WILLL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. The servers at breakfast and dinner were nice and as always a big shoutout to the lifeguards!! The hospitality never changes when we stay here amongst them! The entire front desk needs to be FIRED and that bartender!

Wir sind seit 2011 zum fünften Mal in diesem wundervollen Hotel. Das Grundstück ist kaum 30 Meter breit und vielleicht 200 tief. Es schlängelt sich ein kleiner Fußweg durch die Anlage. Einzelne ältere Bungalows und auch neu gebaute, die auch mal zwei oder drei Stockwerke haben. Diese Gebäude erinnern von der Farbgebung an Venedig und sind mit wundervollen Holzkonstruktionen verziert. Auch die Treppen sind aus Holz. Unzählige Palmen auch andere Bäume ziehen sich durch die komplette Anlage. Wie ein kleiner Urwald. Wir haben auf der ganzen Welt in keiner schöneren Anlage gewohnt und die Welt ist groß. Die neuen Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel, die älteren nicht weniger angenehm. Die Bäder sind etwas kleiner als die in den neuen Zimmern. Der Roomservice ist spitze, die Maids sehr zuverlässig. Wir sind dieses Jahr 4 Wochen hier. Daher ist es von besonderer Bedeutung, das die Matratzen gut sind. Und sie sind genial. Die Zimmer haben alle einen Kühlschrank, einen Wasserkocher und ein Behältnis, indem man sich Eiswürfel holen kann. Das Frühstück, siehe Foto, ist sehr einfach, auf amerikanische Verhältnisse abgestimmt. Aber Toast, Butter und verschiedene Eierspeisen haben uns ausgereicht. Es gibt hier im Hotel gut 30 Zimmer und am Strand Liegestühle, die sehr ästhetisch und bequem sind. Etwa 15 Sonnenschirme, die aber komplett ausreichen, weil auch ein guter Baumbestand im Sonnengarten vorhanden ist und reichlich Baumschatten spendet. Weitere Palmen sind gepflanzt und werden weiteren Schatten spenden. Es gibt diverse Strandhändler, wir lieben das Speisen und Getränke Angebot, die aber wirklich nicht aufdringlich sind und auch nicht in den Bereich der Sonnenliegen dürfen. Ich wiederhole mich gern, die Anlage ist genial. Die Zimmermädchen sind schon enorm lange hier beschäftigt, wir finden die Zimmer immer sehr, sehr sauber. Das WLAN System funktioniert sehr gut. Die COVID Regeln, vor allem Maske tragen und Hände desinfizieren wird gut eingehalten. Zusätzliche Points mit Waschbecken und Desinfektion eingerichtet worden. Der Strand ist ebenso genial. Sehr sauberer, karibischer Sand. Man geht leicht abfallend ins Wasser, keine Koralle, kein Stein und keine Seeigel. Der perfekte Strand, der sich auch mehrere Kilometer wie an der Schnur gezogen am Meer entlang zieht. Viele Möglichkeiten auf einen Drink. Und Negril liegt im Westen, das heißt, es gibt jeden Tag einen Sonnenuntergang. Sie können in Negril in elegante Restaurants im Westend gehen, sie können aber auch an Ständen einfache Speisen erwerben, Jerk Chicken ist hier der Renner. Wenn sie mal nicht im Hotel essen wollen. (Cesar’s Salat mit Chicken hier Weltklasse, Calamari Ringe eher nicht) Bargeld, also US Dollar oder Jamaika Dollar bekommen sie an jedem Bargeldautomaten (ATM) mit EC karte. Die Kurse sind fast ohne Gebühren, im Gegensatz zur Kreditkarte. Bei Anreise ist einer direkt am Ortseingang bei kleinen Airport oder aber auf gegenüberliegender Straßenseite in einem Shoppingcenter. The resorts itself is pretty nice. Our room was clean and the A/C in the room worked well. The A/C in the restaurants and bars were not great. Sweated alot while waiting for dinner unless we stayed in our room till time to eat. They dont really have any nice indooor bar. The food was pretty good but did notice some unsafe food handling practices and most of my party experienced diarrhea at some points during the trip. The Italian restaurant was the best... The restaurants and bars ran out of food and liquors often. We never knew what any specific bar may or may not be out of. Only 2 kayaks and 2 paddles boards for guest; seems cheap considering they have over 250 rooms. About 75% of the employees didn't have good personalities and could use some training on hostility; compared to the crusies and AIs in Mexico they weren't close. The 2 best employees we encounter were Christina at the swim up bar between building 8/9 and Dwayne at the main outside bar by the lobby. Both we very friendly and personable. Christina made our vacation enjoyable and the most fun! We enjoyed several days of hanging in the pool chating and laughing with her. My entire group loved her and would want to come back to just see her!! ❤️ Overall good experience, however the resort has alot of room for improvement.

好吧,我要100%真實。我去皇家頓參加婚禮。我期待更多的我付出。非常昂貴的酒店,你會期望像royaloty....一樣對待度假村還可以,我可以看到我認爲在新冠病毒期間它運行下來的潛力,需要一些修復..我換了房間很多次,因爲淋浴和的污水在淋浴和中都預計在度假村和空調無法正常工作...經理fred非常有幫助,並免費給我們換了零錢。大舉弗雷德爲專業...前台客服不會撒謊他們問候你但需要幫助時消失我多次打電話掛斷電話去看桌子尋求幫助他們從我身邊走wY。我不得不對工作人員大喊大叫以獲得幫助。鑽石俱樂部是毒品!如果你想皇室成員去鑽石俱樂部..場地很漂亮..我聽說很多人他們沒有得到足夠的報酬,這就是爲什麼他們以他們的方式行事。工作人員需要理解我們爲錢而努力,無論發生什麼事都應該得到良好的服務。我給前台旁邊的許多rhe工作人員...清潔工和出租車以及烹飪和餐廳員工都很棒。我的建議娛樂需要一個提升的機器人,它有點無聊,一遍又一遍地做同樣的事情。我只會回到鑽石俱樂部。每個人的經歷都不一樣,所以我不會告訴任何人不要去嘗試,你可能會得到更好的體驗

Our stay at negril beach club was top notch. I am not an all inclusive person so this was perfect. The staff was AMAZING and accommodating as anytging we needed they did their very best to make happen. Beach club is a community of people from ALL over that share these beautiful grounds and probably one of the best beaches in the world. The location is prime. 10 min walk from town and really not difficult to get around anywhere as they have safe and reliable taxis waiting just across the street. I cannot wait to go back so my wife and i booked another trip for March haha. Special thank to Miss Jean, Turlian, Deandra and Kareen for making our stay one we will NEVER forget !!!
