Its situated nearly 2.4 km away from Sitapur Beach at Neil Island and almost 5km from Jetty. All the rooms have basic facilities like led, A.C, Geyser etc. But the main constraints is the service. The kitchen is really slow, needs fast improvement in this area. The staffs are polite. Rooms are clean.

In summary this property is Value for Money considering the hotel ambience, room interior, cleanliness, room space, facilities, staff behavior, help and support offered in case of any need. Hotel ambience is very nice. A very spacious lash green lawn is there where guests can sit, relax, enjoy, have snacks and dinner if they want. All rooms are like cottages. Room is clean and spacious. Basic amenities are all available. Bathrooms are clean with water heater. The behavior of the staff and ***agement is very cordial. Guest can approach them for anything they need. All are having very helping attitude. Any help like arranging conveyance, connecting next destination hotels etc. Team Hotel always offers help if anyone is looking for. Only scope of improvements is around variety of food being offered. As of now, a very decent food service is available though the staffs always try to offer whatever maximum is possible. Anda*** being destination of guests from various locations, culture, food habit – it is sometimes challenging to meet everybody’s expectation. However, hotel ***agement mentioned that they are looking into it to improve the same. They have a plan to open a live food counter for which both guests and other visitors can use anytime. Internet / wi-fi connectivity is bit slow but this is primarily due to the overall connectivity infrastructure available within this island. BTW for Indian tourist – pls note as of now JIO is NOT available in this island.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. It is a 10 room property all on ground floor in L shape with one kitchen and vast open area. Perfectly nestled in natural surroundings. At some distance, it has its own private beach where seldom anyone is found but I enjoyed beach bath in solitude. For nature lovers, the resort is a paradise but for those who desire some zing thing may be disappointed. The breakfast given were most simple, they also provide meals on pre- booking. The chef as well as other care taker staff - total 3, are immensely helpful. Surprisingly, there is no front desk, every arrangement is homely. Room rent is less than 3k.
