The accommodations were kind of basic, but acceptable. The rooms were not serviced during our 3-night stay. The provided breakfast was also pretty basic. Nothing special. Based on this, I would rate the lodging accommodation here as a 3; however, this hotel also promoted itself as a local travel agent. Taking advantage of this we booked a balloon flight through the hotel. Our lodging reservation was booked through Travelocity and paid for via credit card 4 months in advance. For the balloon flight, I also paid in advance, but since they would not accept credit cards, I had to go through the hassle of executing an international bank wire transfer for the payment. My main reason for the overall lower rating is because, upfront we clearly stated and it was agreed to that our balloon trip would have a maximum of 16 passengers. All seemed good at our pickup as the two of us were in a bus with 14 others. However, just before arriving at the launch point, just the 2 of us were transferred to another bus with 18 other people and so we ended up in a balloon with 20 passengers. Upon return to the hotel, we complained and requested a partial refund as we did not get the balloon flight size that was agreed to and pad for. The hotel representative, said he would check with the balloon company to see if anything could be done, but was unable to get any refund. Basically, for the balloon flight, we got a bait and switch.

4 of us stated in the hotel and we liked the views, location and the breakfast so it is nice hotel. But the customer service is non existent. We were offered option to book hot air balloon which we went for. They have it on their website as activity as well. I believed we booked with the hotel or otherwise whydid they pass my details to 3rd parties. We drove from Istanbul with very few breaks to hand in 660 euro for all of us. The balloon was reserved weeks in advance and confirmed as booked. It was the only thing we went to Cappadocia for. We were told wake up at 4.20am. On that morning the person who booked the flight started messing with us...short messages were arriving. Wait, dont wait. Major accident and that people don't die on purpose. I asked several vans passing by, everyone said there was no incident. I told him that we drive by car. He lied to us. He didn't book our balloon flight. We were waiting for long time and finally he said don't wait. You don't fly today, you fly tomorrow. At that point we only realised we were cheated. Reception was closed (says on website 24 hours) so we couldn't get our money. We were worried we wont get it back at all. Around 8.30am I went to the reception to tell him what happened but his response was that it was not his fault and he does not care. I did hand in the money to him and he organised or passed the details to someone else so surely it was his responsibility too for what happened to us. I was relieved when he said we get our money back around midday. By midday I wanted to book another flight in town so I had to persuade him to give me the money back after breakfast. His attitude did not change, he kept saying he doesn't care and it's not his fault. Next day we went to book another balloon flight and the person called the balloon centre. They confirmed there was no accident and nobody died. They said it was very busy day for flying. How could they ruined our holiday like this. Thank you

موقع الفندق ممتاز والتعامل راقي وممتاز من الاخ UMUT والاخ HABIB افطار رائع والفندق نظيف السعر مناسب ويتوفر مواقف خاصه للسيارات وعندهم جولات سياحية ورحلات باسعار مناسبة والشرفة مطلة والغرف نظيفة وجيدة ولايوجد درج او سلالم كثيره فقط المبنى مكون من دورين

Все здесь хорошо, начиная от организованного трансфера до решения любых вопросов, даже не по теме отеля. Номера чистые, уборка ежедневная, расположение отличное-3 мин. др смотровой площадки, рядом рестораны, магазины,сувенирки и тд, все что нужно туристам. Завтраки хорошие, с отличным видом с терассы. Персонал очень дружелюбный.

The rooms in this cozy hotel is excellent, it is warm in a freezing temperature out there, it has a very good size with a big bed, it offers a great breakfast, and the village itself is really friendly and lovely

Beautiful hotel with big rooms, friendly staff and delicious breakfast. We spend four nights there and we had a beautiful experience. Would recommend this place 100% if you're in Goreme area. Very clean, free coffee helpfull staff. Go visit

The rooms were clean and the facilities were working, host extremely helpful, especially in regards to local activities and tours. The hotel is close to the sunrise and sunset viewpoint. The breakfast was very good, it was served per person and with a very good variety. On the terrace between 19:30 and 22:30 the tea and coffee were free. There were some issues with the internet deeper in the room since if the stone but it had to be expected. The only personal complaint was the placement of hotel near the road, it smelled heavily of ignition fumes.
