阿肖克飯店(The Ashok, New Delhi)

Deco are very shabby, hygiene is a disaster specially you can see dirts on bedsheet and blankets, don’t even mention other facilities. Bear in mind that you are spending a 5 star hotel room rate but live in a guesthouse standard “hotel”. 🙄

Nice location to reach within Delhi Nice food and staff Rooms are not checked well , bathroom hot water not working and they asked me to change the room middle of my stay . Very noisy from neighbors rooms in middle of night and no action taken even after complaining.

The Ashok is a far cry from a great hotel. This is a 3 star hotel at best requiring a bottom of the barrel 5 star price. The internet is the worst I have ever seen. You constantly get kicked and have to call for a new password - Think 1 MBPS. The shower I had leaks water all over the floor that the floor in the bedroom was lifting up. Both lamps by the bed were broken. You couldn't turn off the bathroom mirror lights. The gym doesnt open until 0600 so if you have jet lag; you will have to take a walk. Now, the food.. The food I ordered was great. Not a concern and the price is great for the food. The breakfast starts at 7 or 7 30 so, don't think you can schedule your first meeting at 8. The coffee is also instant coffee and if you are like me, you are not waiting around for someone to take your coffee order - you just get up and get it yourself. The coffee was terrible; don't expect an espresso or cappuccino on your holiday for breakfast. All in all, I would really take your chances somewhere else. You do not need to experience this hotel; it just isn't worth it.

Rooms are old and not renovated well, and the staff are not as per 5-star standards, more like govt staff. fewer options for breakfast. restaurant food is highly charged compared to quality and taste, 3ppl dinner costs 10k.

Breakfast is a 2* less than ordinary. Too ***y tip seekers. Hotel room, ambience, overall -Amazing

I book two rooms and my mother was travelling with us And she is 90 years old. We received only one room. They said they are trying to get me second room. And inform me but I never received a call. I slept on smaller sofa all. We don’t eat even Breakfast and left. Who I can blame ******* or Hotel ***agement

The worst hotel experience in India. Wait check-in over a hour even though it was 6P.M., unstable wi-fi, very long distance from room to reception & restaurant, malfunction of room key everyday, no souldproof... These are the experineces I had from the hotel for 3 nights. I do not recommend this hotel to my family & friends.

Horrible breakfast buffet. The spread is very limited and not much options. Even the dishes they serve are below average. Moreover, the service during breakfast was also bad.
