A perfect experience in the heart of Delhi. The hotel is extremely clean and easily accessible as it is on the highway. The staff is cooperative and helpful. The rooms are neat and tidy with the option of a balcony/terrace. Swimming pool is big and one can spend a good amount of time there. Overall a great pleasant experience.

This hotel used to be good before but now it needs serous maintenance in every room . I stayed for 2 days here . In washroom shower panel fall down while I was taking shower and then top of it glass door of bathing area and as broken . Really bad experience. They are charging a hefty amount for nothing . During my stay I was not able to connect Wi-Fi at all. Poor network support

Came here for own business purpose, Selected this hotel because it was close to our event vanue. Amazing Hotel!! Staff was very friendly.When I went for having breakfast in "Thyme restaurant", I met with Mr. Mohit and Nath. They served me delicious breakfast. Thanks to all staff but specially thanks for both guys. Rooms are clean and equipped with modern amenities. Would stay here again.

We contacted the hotel a few days prior to our arrival, with no reply. As it turns out, we were not allowed to leave the airport without the visa for overnight stay. The restrictions came in over COVID and have not been removed. Most of the passengers on our flight from Mel to Paris with stopover were in the same position. ******* should be infomed, the hotel should have replied. VERY poor service !

This is an awful place. The ***agement is incompetent , the staff unhelpful. They had the wrong address on the site and the driver arrived at the address , which was in the middle of no where. They lied and blamed the driver but I have proof thta they advertised the wrong address. Too expensive and very DIRTY
