帕利斯海茨飯店(Hotel Palace Heights)

Great location. Good breakfast. And very nice and helpful staff..!!!

L'hotel est idéalement placé sur Connaught Place, à quelques pas du métro Rajiv Chowk (ligne jaune). Commerces et restaurants à proximité également. Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits ici. Le personnel à l'accueil est assez sympathique, par contre, dans le restaurant attenant (où sont servis les petits-déjeuners) il ne faut pas trop leur en de***der. Le sourire et la sympathie sont en option. Le groom, en bas, quant à lui, avait toujours un mot sympa pour nous. La chambre est de petite taille avec frigo, penderie, bureau. La literie et les oreillers sont confortables. La salle de bain est petite mais fonctionnelle, néanmoins la température de l'eau n'est pas constante, et, il est possible qu'il n'y ait que de l'eau froide. Les produits de douche ne sont pas forcément réapprovisionnés systématiquement, il faut donc aller qué***der. C'est regrettable. La climatisation, en revanche, fonctionnait bien mais était extrêmement bruyante. L'hotel en lui-même était assez bruyant même si la chambre donnait dans une rue décrépie et malodorante. Concernant le petit-déjeuner : une micro partie "buffet" où le choix est plus que maigre et une autre partie com***dée à l'assiette met énormément de temps à venir même s'il n'y a que quelques clients. A cela s'ajoute qu'il faut continuellement de***der des bols, des couverts, des jus de fruits. C'est clairement décevant. Le rapport qualité-prix reste correct dans cet hotel qui n'a pas vraiment d'âme.

For the price, the accommodations and location can’t be matched. The nearest subway entrance is approximately 100 meters from the front door. Several restaurants, shops and the park entrance are within a few steps. The staff is friendly and 24 hour front door security is reassuring. The complimentary breakfast is to order and quite good. My room was perfectly sized for a solo traveler but might have felt cramped if it was more than just me.

Questo hotel è stata una delle nostre tappe durante il tour del Rajasthan. Una scelta azzeccata per la posizione: la sera è possibile fare un giro dei localini del quartiere senza prendere alcun mezzo; di giorno abbiamo raggiunto tutte le cose da visitare con i tuk tuk*. Le camere erano pulite ed il personale molto cortese. Nota di merito va al ristorante che si trova all’interno, lo Zaffran, dove abbiamo cenato benissimo.. amiamo il cibo indiano e quei piatti lì ricordiamo ancora. *attenzione alle ‘truffe’ dei tuk tuk che girano a Delhi. Più che in altre città qui cercano di ingannarvi per portarvi in qualche market o agenzia prima di portarvi alla vostra meta. Se il driver continua ad inventarsi scuse (es. Per andare in quel posto ci vuole un permesso), cambiate.

Chambre propre et bien agencée. Bon accueil et petit déjeuner plus que correct. Le personnel est très gentil.situation idéale à la place Connought. Un restaurant fait aussi partie de l hôtel ce qui est d une grande facilité car ils ont un bon choix.

En fin no se. Hotel de 3 Estrellas muy poco cuidado. Está rodeado de jardines y es bonito por fuera, tiene al menos dos parejas de pavos reales, muy bonito. La primera habitación que me dan, enorme, desangelada pero habitada por decenas de mosquitos . Con el frío que hace en esa habitación ¿Cómo demonios sobreviven esos mosquitos??? Consigo que me la cambien por otra. Más grande. Entiendo que al ser diciembre las habitaciones se enfríen pero estuve a punto de dormir con el abrigo, dormí con 2 jerséis. Un hotel por mucho 3 Estrellas que sea tiene que tener radiadores o posibilidad de calentar las habitaciones. Lo solicité pero no hubo suerte. En la habitación 2 botellas de agua de 250ml, que me duran media hora. Que detalle. El hotel en medio de nada . Tampoco había agua caliente ni luz a la mañana. Mal en resumen. No lo recomiendo en absoluto. Al menos en invierno.

ここはインドに来て初めて利用したホテルでした。 空港からはメトロを使えば良いので、アクセスがとても良好ですし、駅近で便利です！ 入り口には常に警備員がいる為、とても安心です。 受付に行くと担当者も笑顔とわかりやすい案内で、安心して泊まることができます。 1泊朝食付きでした。朝食はホテル併設のレストランでとることができ、コンチネンタルか、インディアンか選ぶことができるので、好き嫌いを気にすることなく食事ができました。 また、昼食をホテル併設レストランで食べると別途料金はかかりますが、15%OFFになるサービスがありました。 夜もレストランの営業があります。別途利用料金はかかりますが、味もよく、近所では評判の高いレストランだそうです。 部屋の中は水のボトルやお茶などがあり、無料で利用できます。また、ルームサービスで追加を頼むこともできます。 小さいですが冷蔵庫もあるので、飲み物など冷やすこともできて便利です。 アメニティも一通り揃っていて安心！ トイレはインドの一般的なノズルのタイプですが、清潔感があってよかった。 シャワーはトイレと一緒のところにありますが、こちらもカビなどなく清潔感があった。 インドに旅行する際はまた利用したいと思うところでした！

I stayed here 10 or 12 years ago - it was a delightful little hotel then. It's just as good now. The rooms are small - but nicely furnished and very comfortable. The location is great - the staff is wonderful. I needed a room at the last minute because the hotel I had booked turned out to be a disaster. Even though the hotel was very full, the gentle*** at the front desk worked with me to confirm my entire stay. He even was able to let me keep my room late (in a nearly sold-out hotel) on the day I was leaving. i cannot say enough good things about the staff. The restaurant is quite good for dinner (Breakfast was not the best. I don't know why dinner was so good while breakfast was so mediocre.) Again, the wait staff is terrific. When I was leaving, one of the guards and one of the bellmen stayed with me on the street until my Uber came to take me to the airport. It was as if everyone there was watching out for me, making sure I was safe, making sure I had the right directions to get where I needed to go. Just a terrific experience.

A nice hotel located in central New Delhi - location is perfect for exploring the shops and nearby restaurants, with main attractions such as India Gate and Lodhi Gardens a short Tuk Tuk away. If you stay here, you should expect lots of noise from the neighbourhood (the music and car horns were blaring till we went to sleep in the early hours, however this may have been because it was a Saturday night and the streets were busy!) The room was basic but clean, with a spacious shower and bathroom, lots of storage space, mini fridge, safe and a tea and coffee maker. One small issue was that the blinds didn't close very well, which meant a lot of light flooded the room in the morning, however other than that the room was perfect for our one night stay. Although the hotel feels a little tired, the same cannot be said for the attentive and helpful staff. The receptionist who looked after us (unfortunately we didn't get his name) was very kind to offer us wonderful restaurant suggestions and even call ahead to secure us a table. The receptionist who checked us out of the hotel supported us in securing transport the airport and was very helpful. Thank you very much to the lovely team at Palace Heights for making us feel so welcome!
